They disrespectful on a phone they don't know how to talk today customers

I was in Cleveland for one night and needed a quick bite that wasn’t fast food. My hotel was nearby so I ordered online from The GrillFather. Being from Buffalo, NY I always like to try other cities pizzas and see how they compare. I ordered a medium cheese pizza and fries. My order wasn’t ready when I went to pick it up, so I waited around 15 min. I noticed that there were only 2 people working and they were really busy. So I was patient. I got my food and went back to my hotel. The pizza did not disappoint, not as good as the pizza back home in my opinion but it was good and the fries were hand cut and really good as well. All in all I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area.

Called this place at 906pm the owner pick up the phone took my order then said that I will have to come in and place my order. I arrived at 930pm they said they were closed after I had walked into the location. Then said they didn’t have my order and I asked to speak to the owner and the owner refused to come out and speak to me. I will not be going back to this place nor will I be telling anyone to check them out. I rate this place a zero.

They tell you to call your order in and when you call your order in you still have to wait beyond the time they told you to wait poor customer service the food is good that atmosphere is cool but you should have to wait if you call your order in as stated inside the restaurant. I'm really hungry and want to get home to my family but this is preventing me East and every day I think I deserve a discount...

My go to are they wings they are great for some reason I wanted to try there onion rings and boy I tell they were burned and on top of them being burned cold never again will I have there onion rings again

The healthy options allows this #vegan to enjoy Grillfather Pizza & wings and now they've added some of my favorite juices. Yezzzz!!!

The food was delicious but it taking an extra 45 minutes from the time it was supposed to be done by is unacceptable.

I literally never leave reviews but I HAD TO! I ordered the vegan calzone and fries on door dash and was concerned because it wasn't my usual after work doordash order. My door dasher had to wait awhile so I was nervous but it was worth the wait! Food pipping hot! Idk what the fries were seasoned with it but I cant stop thinking about them! The calzone was literally perfect!

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with Xcheese and sausage delivered by Door Dash on 06/14 evening.
The pizza was delivered piping hot. It was delicious! One of the best pizzas I've had in some time! The sauce had a distinct sweetness to it and there was flavors of herbs. The sausage had just a nice amount of spiciness. The crust was the perfect thickness for me.
I've only been in Cleveland for a few days, but this was by far the best meal I've had!

Very impressed with ambiance, clean, respectful, food was fresh and extremely good, tasty! I highly recommend this place, we'll be coming back!
