My server recommended the Smoked Gouda and Chicken Salad, and it was delicious. I dined on the patio .My server, the food and atmosphere were all excellent!
Very good
Great option for an Irish Pub in the Cleveland area. Great Irish Pub food and atmosphere. Yes, the Guinness was properly poured. Food was great. Highly recommended.
Had a great meal. The wait staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful with our choices. Highly recommend
Friendly staff, good food, love the setting and parking
How many times have you left a restaurant after signing a bill for $150 - $200+ dollars and thought to yourself, that was so not worth it. You'll pay considerably less at The Harp for a great meal, great service, and a wonderful environment. Karen and her staff have held a high standard for many years. It's a Cleveland gem.
Great staff, amazing food. The fish &chips were delicious and plenty! The decor is true to the name. Plenty of space for a small gathering.
Jeremiah was a fantastic server, very genuine and pleasant. Food delicious!

The location is minutes away from so many attractions and downtown Cleveland. The skyline view of downtown Cleveland is one of the best in town. The menu has such a variety to pick from and everything I have ever had is delicious. The fried green tomato wrap and fresh potato chips was outstanding. The drink menu is varied and has many drinks to choose from.
Vegetarian options: fried green tomato wrap and their famous Irish Potato cakes are incredible

I wish I could give 4.5 stars because I really did enjoy The Harp, but it wasn't exactly 5 stars.
Anyway, the food was delicious, although I will say I did get a simple corned beef sandwich, and chips so kinda hard to screw up. Waited FOREVER for my horseradish though.
The other people I was with ordered a Rueben and 2 boxtys, everyone said their food was good
Drinks were good.
Atmosphere was nice.
Service was a little inattentive and slow, but at least we were served - another table by us said they were waiting 20 minutes and a server (same server we had) never came over!
Very nice patio - although it was a little hot so we stayed inside!!
A little more on the pricey side for a lunch - would be ok for dinner.

The Harp used to be one of my favorite restaurants to visit in the Cleveland area, but in the past few years the quality of the food and overall experience has decreased. I would no longer bring friends from out of town here for food.
This past summer I stopped in on a Sunday, after seeing on the website both lunch and brunch were offered on Sundays. When I ordered the server informed me there was no longer a lunch menu on Sundays, only brunch, but she would ask the kitchen if they could make the one item I wanted. I declined and chose to order off the brunch menu. I was then told they no longer make and offer Irish soda bread!!! Yet, the website still says "The soda bread, for example, is made from owner Karen O’Malley’s grandmother’s recipe". Soda bread is one of the easiest breads to make. It wasn't brought back to the menu after C-19 re-openings and the brunch menu doesn't list an Irish breakfast option, which are both absurd. Their website still lists lunch as Sunday 11am|9pm and was never corrected.
I ordered an American breakfast which when plated, was oozing with oil and was generally unappetizing. The toast I received was beyond well-done brown and was black on the back side. I ordered a beer which was fine and my server really made an effort to make the visit better, but there was no coming back from issues the restaurant management and kitchen have imposed.
Overall, if they would bring the level of quality regarding the food back to 2019 and prior, I would visit The Harp for food and beverages way more frequently, but would only now go for drinks.
