This establishment & my several experiences with them have been above & beyond. This is everything from the food, the price of product to the I believe it to be a supervisor or owner if I am not mistaken.

The cheese steaks are fresh and quality ingredients with a pack of flavor. The tots were mouth watering along with the sauce it comes with.

The gentleman that has been these the past 2 interactions has provided kind, genuine, quality customer service.

This is such a hidden gem that we are thrilled to have discovered as our new go to establishments & it’s not even comparable to any other food establishment in the area or in general for that matter now a days.

Both of our sandwiches were missing ingredients that we paid extra for, such as ordering a large and adding whiz, bacon and sauces. The black and blue steak sandwich was so salty we could not eat it. The toast ordering app said it would take 25 minutes, which was way too much time because when we picked up our order our food was cold. And, there were no other orders.
The pictures and the menu descriptions of the food do not hold up to what you actually get. So disappointing and never go here again.

I've passed by this place plenty of times, wanting to go in and check it out since I love cheesesteaks. Ended up ordering thru doordash, and I will never give this place my business again. Maybe don't have a place of business if you can't receive negative feedback in a professional manner. I know cheesesteaks. I've had plenty in Philly. Steak was too salty, and based on other reviews on Doordash, I'm not the only one who thought so. I've had cheesesteaks with whiz before and it was not overloaded and a huge mess like the one I received. My husband also thought the sub wasn't that good. Responding to a review with an attitude is bad for business. Glad I never actually went in person. Whoever responded to my review said, "horrible review." Well, feeling is mutual.. a horrible sub warrants a "horrible review." This place is nothing "original" like the subs from Philly. Oh, and the fries were horrible, too, since they were burnt.

This is by far the best cheesesteak place! It’s in the old subway location next to k&k. I used to go to k&k…not to more lol. This place is amazing. First time I got the spicy cheesesteak…it was literally the best ?. I met the owner today, his name I’m pretty sure was Rich. West nice guy and thanked me for my 23rd order. Told him…you guys have good food! He offered me a couple free sandwiches even next time for a thank you. Very nice owner , along with very good food, and super friendly employees! I work right down the street at a machine shop so this is a common place for me and a couple other ppl for lunch!! Good job and I recommend this to anybody that…just likes good food, friendly staff and a friendly owner! Thanks again!! Some of the ppl leave bad reviews and it doesn’t make sense!! They are just one time stoppers with a bad taste of food and just rude customers! I’m a repeat customer, and it’s for an obvious reason ?.

Very good. Ate for lunch and want to nap for the rest of the day. Wish they were open after the bars closed down because that’d be perfect but I’m also too old and have too many kids to be closing down bars. Five stars. Will go back. Would recommend.

I eat at this place atleast 2 times a week went in tonight there was a guy working I havnt seen b4 he was really nasty had an attitude and it was visible he didn’t want to make my food so I just walked out without ordering probably won’t ever go back to this location again
