After ordering, and the cheesesteaks arriving, then eating them, i looked at the reviews. All the good reviews show pictures of sandwiches with more than 2x the amount of meat (which is what i was expecting while using my eyes to look at the pictures). I ordered a large on purpose to get more than what it shows in the picture that shows a regular, got alot less. If your store has good review based on your good employees that know what there doing vs bad reviews vs other employees, thats an issue. Have some sort of consistency. Maybe its better in the store so you can tell them they only put half the meat in when you order a large? I have no idea but don't order from them online as its super underwhelming.

Perfect Cheeseteak, hot and fresh ingredients. Owners work the store and are super friendly and make you feel very welcome. Going to be a weekly stop,love supporting people and businesses like this. Thanks,Stan

This place is great and I love the food. Very disappointed in management because I’ve got to two locations and only ever see one person working. This poor worker is working way too hard here by himself. He made my order so well even tho he had way too much work for one person.

First photo should be what it looks like, second photo is what I got, a bit over done and when it cooks a bit longer it dries out the chicken so it DOES matter.

Clean place. Nice staff. This is the second time I come to the original cheese steak and I have to honest. The food on both visits have absolutely no seasoning. Even the veggies have no flavor.

Bummed I have tried a few times to place an order on your site and used 3 cards to attempt to order each time it says error. Guess I order from somewhere else. Cannot call due to not being able to hear on phone. Oh well.

My steak hoagie was very good at the Warren Rd store. Plenty of meat. The fries were too salty; need to remember to order them plain next time. Happy I got my points, some other locations (Grayton Rd) seem to have issues with that.

I ordered a bacon chicken ranch with Cajun fires. i was given buffalo chicken. My Cajun fires were not season at all. The worst part is the person handling the cash and payments was wearing the same gloves and touching peoples food. Not worth $14.00.

The staff here are truly amazing. I had never been here before and accidentally ordered a cheesesteak with mushrooms and the kind gentleman cook remade it despite my error! The woman working alongside him was kind and attentive as well. Thank you so much!

Me and my Partner went on a Wednesday about 5pm I got the original she got the hoagie. Maurice was the only one there. He greeted us soon as we walked in the door. First time here I had good customer service. He was patient and very helpful. He cooked my food to perfection. Fries were great just a little too much seasoning , but everything was hot in fresh I will definitely be going back.
