This is by far the best cheesesteak place! It’s in the old subway location next to k&k. I used to go to k&k…not to more lol. This place is amazing. First time I got the spicy cheesesteak…it was literally the best ?. I met the owner today, his name I’m pretty sure was Rich. West nice guy and thanked me for my 23rd order. Told him…you guys have good food! He offered me a couple free sandwiches even next time for a thank you. Very nice owner , along with very good food, and super friendly employees! I work right down the street at a machine shop so this is a common place for me and a couple other ppl for lunch!! Good job and I recommend this to anybody that…just likes good food, friendly staff and a friendly owner! Thanks again!! Some of the ppl leave bad reviews and it doesn’t make sense!! They are just one time stoppers with a bad taste of food and just rude customers! I’m a repeat customer, and it’s for an obvious reason ?.

Very good. Ate for lunch and want to nap for the rest of the day. Wish they were open after the bars closed down because that’d be perfect but I’m also too old and have too many kids to be closing down bars. Five stars. Will go back. Would recommend.

I eat at this place atleast 2 times a week went in tonight there was a guy working I havnt seen b4 he was really nasty had an attitude and it was visible he didn’t want to make my food so I just walked out without ordering probably won’t ever go back to this location again

First of all, I’ve been here before, and the food and service has been great but tonight at the location on Warren Road. The service was terrible. I waited a long time for my food and a man came in after me and ordered three sandwiches and two large fries, and I only ordered two sandwiches, and one fry And he got his food before me and their excuse was because I ordered the chicken could not believe how long I had to wait. Tonight’s crew was terrible. The staff was terrible. The man was very rude, telling me to grow up. What kind of staff do you have there , I’ll never go back again and I will tell all my friends not to go back again better off going to Charlie’s subs so disappointing so disrespectful and your food was pretty good but I’m never wait again like that. I’ll never be talk to you again like that from anybody, you guys are terrible the management should look at your staff how about putting on a hairnet so disappointing so disappointing

Food is a bit pricey two sandwichesand fries with no drink and I was already over $30. The cook was sweating and wiping his sweat with his gloves yuck. Than I come for a second visit and a different cook is outside smoking his black and molds and spits a huge spit near the door yuck yuck. Maybe the sweat and blackmilds gives the food extra flavoring. The food is not the problem it's just the cooks have to be more sanitary. Does the food tastes good yes, is the restaurant clean yes, but please tell the cooks to be more clean and please do not use their cell phone while cooking. And please take off your gloves when handling the money. There was customers ahead of me and the cook wrapped the food and handled the money than used the same gloves on my food Lord have mercy.Parking: Restaurant located in Warren village shopping plaza

Best cheesteak in CLE. Nobody else can compare to this place. Everything I've gotten from here has been amazing. I hope everyone tries this place. Hidden Gem!! I spent $21 on a large Buffalo Chicken and fried pickels. But I really recommend the Chicken Bacon Ranch, Spicy

The older lady was rude and behaved like taking our order was a major inconvenience. She was rude to the other staff and they all looked miserable but were friendly. We dined in and it was painful to watch. The food was really good and done quickly.

Excellent everything! Great service, great cheesesteaks (I got the original), the soda was very carbonated with great options (you could tell they maintain their machines well), and the tots were to die for. Also, the fresh cut fries were the kind that goes great with vinegar. The bread they used for the cheesecake was super soft, it was perfect. I would definitely recommend if you are in the area!

Cheesesteak was ordered and I was out the door in under 5 minutes.As far as decor goes , it’s not really my thing but does that matter, not really. What really matters is the food and service. The food Slapped for Cleveland. People really have a hard time making a good cheesesteak in this town and they did not miss.The beef was chopped well but the sandwich stayed together great and didn’t sog after a 20 minute drive.I got the original with provolone and wiz. Super flavorful was perfectly salted and flavored.The Roll is actually SOFT and really good! Honestly comparable to Warios in Columbus a really really great cheesesteak.The owner also hooked me up with a Buster Bar from DQ so good!Will be doing here regularly for lunch!Highly Recommend. Honestly I despise most Cleveland Food so give it a go!

I stopped in here with my buddy for lunch. I ordered the cheese steak and it was great. You can really tell they use authentic chopped steak and not some bogus pre cooked garbage. Definitely recommend stopping in.
