Absolutely beautiful establishment , the service was wonderful!!! Our server was hustling and getting things done with such a pleasant attitude. The Chef and owner came out and introduced himself and spoke with everyone. He has a wonderful personality and it definitely shows through his food!. The food was AMAZING to say the least. The boar was soo juicy and falling off the bone. The peppered steak was cooked to perfection!. And the wedding soup is to die for!!. All of my guests enjoyed their meals and enjoyed the restaurant overall. We will be back!

Great service throughout our dinner from hostess seating to our meal. All of our 4 entrees were delicious. We shared an amazing portion of mussels and calamari. Nice wine list. Greeted by the chef/owner at the end of our dinner. Would highly recommend this Italian restaurant.

My husband and I went to The Palazzo tonight for dinner. The food and presentation were amazing. Our server, Taylor was very personable and pleasant. In my opinion, this was the best authentic Italian food in all of greater Cleveland. The Palazzo is a true hidden gem and shouldn’t be missed.

Nice Easter dinner with family. Gnocchi were well prepared and ordered with chicken to balance out the meal. The lamb shank was excellent, nice rich flavor. The lobster ravioli was a little short on lobster flavor, but the accompanying shrimp were tasty. The restaurant is quite loud when busy but still a very nice meal.
