My husband and I went to The Palazzo tonight for dinner. The food and presentation were amazing. Our server, Taylor was very personable and pleasant. In my opinion, this was the best authentic Italian food in all of greater Cleveland. The Palazzo is a true hidden gem and shouldn’t be missed.

Great food and service. Nice little hidden gem (I guess?) - heard about this place, but could never really pinned down where it was in my head. So happy I finally booked the reservation - Food was really good, and service was top notch.

The food was excellent, very delicious and beautiful presentation. Efficient and polite waitstaff. Drinks were yummy. I am definitely coming back here and telling my friends about it!!
