Way overpriced— i know all airport food/bars are but my Bloody Mary was $20… the Atlanta airport and other airports I’ve been to are cheaper for better quality. Also $10 soups that are like 3 bites.

Terrible service. Had a waitress Jenesis that threw the menus at us, brought us the wrong food, and was very sour to us. She seemed to have been upset we sat in her section. After already having to rebook our flight we were hoping to turn our trip around and start with a good meal, instead we were met with awful experience. Don’t waste your time or money.

Arrived early for my flight and had a bite to eat. Wasn't in the mood for the traditional, fast food fare, so went to The Pub and had a salad with a glass of wine. Service was great, food was decent and not a bad atmosphere for being in an airport. Only downside was the price, but then expected because you are in an airport. Glad I had time to enjoy a better meal then usual.

Absolutely no English beers but they call themselves The Pub with a British flag. The only food that came close to English was the so called fish and chips.

Went for a quick drink for my flight and i was shooed away before it was even closing time. Staff had negative attitude, wont be back!
Rude, offensive and unpleasant. I was very disappointed by waitress behavior and asked to speak with manager but unfortunately he was worse. Hopefully leadership will notice and do something. I was there 7/12/2024 and the incident happened around 7:30 pm.

The breakfast I had here was horrendous. A waste of $20 for two sausages, cold French toast, and scrambled eggs. I kid you not the French toast was cold and hard by the time I received it. I took one bite and it was enough for me to say nope, not today. The only thing I ate from my entire plate were the 2 patty sausages because they were decent.
It took me 15 minutes to receive water. I even went up to the bar to ask for water and she had the audacity to say, "your server will be with you." The annoying part was she was not busy or serving anyone and was just putting cups/glass away. We've been sitting for 15 mins and clearly she/he won't. It wasn't until the expo food runner, Clem, came out after 10 more minutes with our food that I finally could ask for and receive water. Might I add, there was no one that came to check in during the 40 minutes we were seated.
Trash. I will not return here. I'm currently writing this review at the table and not a single soul has approached us apart from our food being delivered. You're better off ordering from the fast food chains around the corner than ordering from this pub.

This place! If this place does not exist outside of this airport, it needs to!!! Love the environment. The irregular shape of the bar is absolutely wonderful!!! The food was great! Now…the best part - Eve was awesome!! So friendly, professional, and on top of her “A” game!! Thanks for the great service! I should fly into Cleveland more often!

My service from the bar tender was short and almost down right rude. No eye contact. I ask for a Makers she said “Nope” I ask for a Yuengling she said “Nope”. Really!!!!! So I got a Blue moon she didn’t bring orange slices until I ask “so you guys do serve orange slices with blue moon?” She didn’t reply she just put two slices near me. Wow…. For such a nice looking place. This place can kick rocks with no shoes on.

I should have kept walking to my gate at C25! I’m CERTAIN anything along the way was better than this junk!
I ordered the fried chicken sandwich with bacon and Swiss and some other junk. Nasty. The chips, although sounds good right, homemade chips, were nasty salty. The chicken was fried Ava super fried. Why iPhone doesn’t recognize “a n d” when I type and thinks I’m trying to type “Ava”, is retarded & beyond me. Anyways, I’m at Wendy’s now , enjoying their chicken Asiago sammich and this thing is SOO much better
Hard pass on this place!
Oh, and the waitress said, “That chicken sandwich is really good. It’s my favorite”. When she asked me how it was abcs I expressed my disappointment, she was like “…….”, nothing. She was like nothing. Why bother asking??
