A sign in front said to please seat yourself. We (2 people) did so at 7:55. After we were seated, a lady came out and said they were closed. On our way out, another lady behind the bar yelled "no more dishes!" The sign inviting people to seat themselves remained there even after we walked out. They close (according to online sources) at 8:30.

I gave an overall of two stars because my server was awesome. She was welcoming and helpful. The problem was the completely awful food. For the price I paid, I could at least have fresh lettuce in a garden salad. The chicken on my sandwich tasted like freezer burn. When I took a bite, the chicken literally squeaked. The only thing good on my plate was the house made chips. However, I don't believe for one second they were made fresh. Now, I know this is an airport restaurant. You can't expect the best quality. But if your food is worse than a place like Shake Shack (which is where I went directly after because I was so hungry at that point - I rarely eat a places like Shake Shack) you might want to make a change.I was too disgusted to take a photo. I paid the bill and tipped my awesome server.

It's an airport pub. A tall boy of Tennent's Scottish Lager cost $10, so not too bad. Craft selections might cost a wee bit more. Like the name states, it looks and feels like a dark, cozy English pub. Service is fantastic. A good place to stop and wet your whistle with an airport beer

Rude! As we walked in the redhead bartender said “we’re done” in very angry annoyed tone. When we turned to her she repeated it back-to-back in a very terse tone. “We’re done….we’re done.” In fact, as we were walking in, two ladies were walking out saying, “We’re out of here, that lady was ridiculously rude.” I guess I know who she was talking about. I let it go and kindly said, “Merry Christmas”. I wasn’t going to write this until I received a less than sincere Merry Christmas back. Vino Volo wasn’t much better. Quaker State employee wasn’t warm but at least said I’m sorry. When you work at an airport you represent your city. As a Clevelander, I was embarrassed by the pervasively negative attitude at the Hopkins’ restaurants we visited. Doesn’t seem like anyone wants to work anymore. Whomever the manager is you need to retrain your staff. RUDE. To be fair we have had good food here in the past. 2.5 stars

I have been here multiple times before flying out and it never disappoints. I have gotten breakfast and dinner and obviously plenty of beer. The place is definitely clutch for a pre flight drink and meal.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The service was awful. The waitress basically told us what we wanted wasn't on the menu and walked away. She never came back to take our order. Her customer service skills were non-existent.

Food and service were just as if you were at a restaurant in town and not at an airport. Good experience.

We stopped in before our flight. We were hungry and wanted to have a drink. It was nice being able to sit in an actual bar atmosphere while at the airport. I ordered the fish sandwich. It wasn't bad. The fries were actually really good. Our drinks were good too. No complaints about the actual food, drinks or service. The only bad part is the price. I get it, we're at the airport and you're basically going to overpay for everything. It's just crazy how our dinner and one drink a person was more than our plane tickets to Orlando lol.

Just walked in to eat here and were told the kitchen has one cook and would be about 30 minutes behind. No big deal because we have plenty of time. We just wanted to watch the game. 10 minutes later she comes back and says are you aware of the kitchen wait? I said yes you just told us. We still have no drinks or no “hey” “welcome” just a rude lady who clearly hates her job. We ordered our food and then she wants to take half of our table away for someone else even though there are literally 7-8 open tables. Again we are sitting there to watch the game. Seriously the rudest waitress I’ve ever experienced in 42 years. I guess if you work at the airport AND live in Ohio it’s a bad combo.. Get a new job if you hate your life and start brushing your teeth.

If there is a list of top airport restaurants, The Pub would be on that list. Probably the best fish and chips in Cleveland and one of the few places that serves London's Pride on tap. Great service too!

I thought this place was great for a quick bite waiting on my flight. Ordered the Caesar Salad with chicken and it was fantastic. Was extremely surprised with how good the chicken was. Also we got a hamburger with some.bacon and it was done right and good as well. Service was great but I will have to say it's def pricey.

Ok. Airport food sucks, but not The Pub in CLE! I wasn't expecting much but the bangers and mash and a local IPA made the wait for the delayed flight tolerable. Jill behind the bar was very kind and everything came quickly. The folks next to me enjoyed the wings.
