While we have dined at The Standard a few times since it opened and have always enjoyed it, this was by far our best meal there, and the service was excellent (thank you, Nicole!). The complimentary rolls, along with 3 different toppings, were delicious, as was our shared first course of Chateaubriand Beef Tartar. My husband loved his Branzino and my Paella was outstanding....full of lobster, shrimp, mussels, clams, and cod, as well as spicy sausage (that my husband happily ate for me). The portion was huge, and it will provide me with another dinner, which I'm sure I will enjoy as much as I did the first.

Food was all perfect - love the blue cheese dressing on the romaine wedge salad and Branzino and other guests were very happy with their meals - lamb shanks, salmon, and seafood tortellini. Waitress Mandy was excellent. Really appreciated that we could reserve a table for a regular time rather than specific New Year's Eve seatings and it was no problem to be out of there before their 1 3/4 -2 hour time limit for the special night, even with dessert and apps. Multi-racial clientele and good jazz over the sound system.

Outstanding!! Very generous portions that were made to perfection. We had two young children as part of our party and kitchen accommodated and made them special children's meal not on the menu for a child. Everyone from the hostess to waiter and servers were excellent.

We were seated by the kitchen. Very hot! It ruined everything about my birthday celebration with friends. My bill alone was $145 ( 1 glass of wine ) Lobster paired with risotto left me wanting flavor

Absolutely amazing place. The food and service were impressive. The only reason I rated atmosphere slightly lower is that it was VERY dark inside the bar area. I'm not even 40 and had to turn on the flashlight on my phone to read the menu. Will 100% be back!
