Was there for the first time after the tornado knocked out power everywhere. Very happy how clean the place was especially with a power pandemic. Reasonable prices, good coffee bar and plenty of room to relax.

omg this is not your normal laundromat. this place is off the chart . We check it out today and was overwhelmed just walking in and its spotless so clean and everything is working. they have all different sizes of machines to choose from. the staff was very helpful to us and check on us if we needed anything. and who new that there is a cafe and icecream inside this place. we will be back again an again. thank you for your hospitality and welcoming us in.

Correction: No longer take credit cards AT INDIVIDUAL MACHINES.
Predatory and problematic business practices. They no longer take credit cards at individual machines, totally understand credit card fees are rising and they don’t want to pay those per load, however, you now have to purchase a wash card at the register and they only sell in increments of $5. Large loads are $13. So you have to put $15 on a card if you are only doing one random load and “save the card for next time”. What if you need to do two loads and it’s the difference between $26 or $30 and you are counting every penny until next pay day? There are plenty of other laundry mats around with better prices and less predatory practices, choose somewhere else.
The Lorain Road Wash House and Cafe is the only place I take my laundry. It is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Staff are constantly cleaning the machines, making sure the floor is clean, and the bathrooms are also very clean. I appreciate the attention they maintain to their jobs and high level of care they take to their place of employment.
