I wish I could give you five stars. I love the food but I’m not sure what’s going it’s like every year the price is going up but you’re getting less and less food! I dined in last week, it was good except my meal ran out of noodles and I had a lot of protein left. You don’t even get a salad anymore with your pasta it’s now an additional $3.99! My friends got the fried mozzarella and it was three (3) yes 3 short rectangle mozzarella for $10 I believe. We ordered take out tonight and it’s two pasta meals and we got two pieces of bread!? Ugh please do better!

Go elsewhere! We’ve been coming here for over 30 years but i must say I have never been so offended as I was tonight. Sitting at the bar and ordered dinner. The female bartender and female manager who were at the one end of the bar near me were openingly discussing the “parade” taking place downtown tomorrow. The bartender sat there for quite a bit complaining about having to go downtown later in the day and possibly “interacting” with the parade goers. She mentioned her dad warning her and her friends who were lamenting the drama of being near the parade goers. The manager sat there and mentioned how her husband wouldn’t be seen anywhere near there. This kept going for awhile. Finally I spoke up and I think they were both shocked that I didn’t agree with their gay-bashing. It was as homophobic as it gets. The manager proceeded to apologize and told me the bartender only worked sporadically - like that makes it any better? Really in a diverse community as Cleveland, you should know your customer base. Unless you want mediocre food and share in these bigoted views - stay away. Much better options available on the west side.

I really like this place, beautiful ambiance, and i like places with history.

I stopped by for pizza night, I've always really enjoyed their pizza. I will say I think it's gone downhill, unfortunately. It's almost like the sauce has changed, maybe cheaper ingredients? I don't know. I will give it another try though.

The decor clearly is outdated but I feel like it works. Went for the Saturday prime rib special. The bread that came out with the butter was so good. The combination of the two was heaven. We ordered calamari and that was also delicious. It was not the typical fried calamari but more with sauce and peppers. It was amazing. Then for the 2 sides to my main dish, I got red potatoes and rice pilaf. Rice pilaf was meh and the red potatoes were ok. My bf got mashed potatoes and that was where the money was. Prime rib was cooked well and juicy.

I ordered the Rigatoni Ala Vodka. The sauce was scant and a bit flavorless for a vodka sauce. The noodles were cooked well. Overall a disappointing dish.

Called and was pleasantly surprised how polite and helpful the person on the phone was. I later found out when picking up the order that it was Brad, and I want to single him out for being so great at his job and has a great personality! Thank you so much Brad!!!!
