Awful food, terrible service, our waitress sat at the bar consumed with her phone, took over an hour for our food to come out - the avacodo on the rolls were not fresh and totally discolored - overpriced - complete disappointment. Never again

The food here was terrible. The bartender was a good time! It was pretty dead in here... No one but me and my friends.

Honesty was not impressed with this place especially seeing it for the first time. The staff are rude and the food isn't good at all. I'm not the only one who thinks this place is a dump. Stay away and spend your cash someplace else!

Food is consistent..service is not .. and the wait time WITH a reservation was an hour .. the feeble attempt to create an English / Chinese language barrier when an issue arises is old .. you all have been here waaay to long .. cool to as excellent.. server was too arrogant for the position

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! The food was horrible!!! I ordered a chicken hibachi and steak and shrimp hibachi I did a pick up ordered and when I called the restaurant to return the food and get my money back the lady was completely rude and wouldn't work with me. I spent $60 and my family didn't even eat the food I'm a single mom I can't afford to waste money on bad food my family won't eat. So please save your money and go to an actual good sushi & hibachi restaurant and hopefully you will get better service!!!!!!

Overall it was just an okay experience. I went at a time that was not very busy. Being the only group at a hibachi table, the chef did not come to start cooking for an entire hour after we had ordered our food. There was no comment from the waitress as to why it was taking so long or even a warning that it was taking a while. The appetizers (soup and salad) were not that great, especially compared to other hibachi restaurants. Once the chef finally came, he did a very good job. He wasn't super flashy and was kind of quiet which is fine if the food is good in my opinion. The food was pretty good overall so I was satisfied though the portion sizes were mediocre for the price. If you like the expensive unique food options or a restaurant in the city, it's a good option. Otherwise, I think there are better places nearby for similar or better prices.

As a Hibachi restaurant it does not seem up to par compared to other places I have been. The food was decent, but the chef seemed ill-prepared and for a friday night only one Hibachi stove top was in use.

Surprised this place is still open… shrimp sauce tasted horrible, probably not stored properly or way past expiration date! My whole party of 5 did not like the Hibachi! It did not taste good at all. We were expecting much better food for downtown Cleveland & for the price we paid! Do NOT go here! Pick another option, you’ll be more satisfied! The service was pretty good but overall not worth it. The food is very disappointing to say the least, the only thing I liked was the veggies & soup. The rice was also okay!
