Absolutely THE BEST food I have EVER HAD at a restaurant! Hands down! Amazing owners. Amazing place all around! Great atmosphere. Very relaxing and intimate! The owners are the kindest people and the staff are just as kind! Family run business and the family part REALLY shines through!! The ONLY downside is that they're only open 2 days a week!! Friday, Saturday..?Would LOVE to be able to go more during the week! 110% WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!!!
It's nearly impossible to describe the dining experience at this place. They're only open 2 days a week - they spend the other 5 days of the week making dough, stewing sauces, & concocting awesome cocktails. They treat you like family, introducing you to fellow diners, & regalling you with interesting stories. Very cool & unique experience.
I can't believe that I waited this long to visit Tony's Southside- I wish I would have discovered this gem sooner! It would have easily been a regular spot for me. This family-owned spot has fresh, made-from-scratch food on the weekends (Friday/Saturday only), which you should definitely call ahead of time for reservations.
