Had an amazing 1st time dining experience at TURN Bar + Kitchen!! Loved the ambiance, decor was beautiful/nicely decorated for Christmas & it wasn't too busy in there at 8pm so it allowed for a quiet, romantic birthday dinner! The food was exceptional~~Filet mignon & Pork Chop Milanese...the cranberry dinner rolls were warm, pillowy & absolutely delicious! Great Caesar salad as well! Our server (Julie) did a fantastic job & kindly brought out a celebratory birthday dessert plate which topped our meal off wonderfully! Looking forward to a return dining experience in the future!!! Well worth the time to check out this fabulous restaurant/bar inside the Ritz Carlton!!
Wonderful food, great service. It was noisy with a wedding party having their cocktail hour at the venue. Otherwise it was an ideal place.
Setting/vibe/server all good. Delay, errors in getting food, errors in order(rare burgers vs medium well.)
Our dinner and breakfast were amazing. Cocktails were fantastic. Really enjoyed our anniversary dinner and stay.
Our service was five star. Mary was our server and she has been with the company since it open 35 years ago. She ask us our name and referred to all six of us by name the entire time we were there. She provide service with a smile, professionalism and was very attentive. The food came out timely and everyone enjoyed their meal. Definitely will be going back.
What a wonderful dinner. The food was fantastic - from the corn bisque to the dinner rolls, cocktails and meal. What made it even better, however, was the service. We had a wonderful evening chatting with Mary and would definitely come back just to see her! Thank you.
Food and drinks were just fine, no complaints but nothing to write home about. Service was outstanding and memorable

We had a great meal here before seeing a show at Rocket Arena. The location is a bit strange, it's basically the lobby of the Ritz, but the decor is top notch, the food was great, and service was thoughtful and on top of it. This is a very convenient spot to have a nice meek before a show as you can then walk through Tower City, along an indoor walkway, all the way to the arena.
Always a pleasure — great food, tasty beverages, and absolutely terrific service in a warm and relaxing environment.
Advertised as champagne brunch but no brunch or champagne. Wrong food brought out on order first time and pancakes burnt. Not much atmosphere like eating in a lobby. Server pleasant. Price reasonable. Not up to Ritz standards.

If you're staying at the Ritz in Cleveland, this is the place to be. Elsie is great! I do think that they should bring back some of the old menu like the loaded tots and some of the fun flatbreads. They've tried to upgauge the menu, but it doesn't need to all be fancy - let's lean in to comfort bar food. The burger however is great as is the corned beef sandwich, and the real winner is of course the smokey man!

Sadly, Turn Bar and Kitchen did not treat us good during our brief visit today. I was very excited that my partner’s friend invited us out for dinner as I had been meaning to try this restaurant out. Imagine my disappointment when shortly after ordering our meal, we were told that a very important guest had requested our table. They humiliated us and made us move. Mind you, we were enjoying our time up until that point. As a darker complexioned black woman, this seemed very racially targeted. After one of our table guests departed early and paid the check, we stuck around and ate our food. I requested a conversation with the manager once our generous friend left. The manager Tony, explained that the man had reserved the table with the hostess the night before. This was in contrast to the hostess’ explanation when she stated that the guy who took our table was a “very important guest”. After being gaslit, we decided to leave without finishing our food. To make matters worse, all of a sudden, a large security guard was posted by hostess desk. He was not there the entire time. He just suddenly appeared when I asked to speak to the manager. He actually followed us down to tower city as we left. My partner and I considered that maybe we were dressed inappropriately, but we saw a yt elderly woman next to us in a hoodie and sneakers, so I think next time I will wear my yt skin and grey hair too. On second thought, maybe I should sit at the bar where the other two blk people were. Totally my fault lol! Hey at least they apologized for the inconvenience right?
Pricey but the service, food and decor all make it worth it. Our server, Mary has been there 37 years and is SO nice. Lots of people at the bar so bar service was definitely slow. It was a Cavs playoff night
We have eaten here several times this year and it has always been excellent. They were especially great on my birthday and made it very special.
