Stopped in after a ballgame and had such great service compared to other places I've visited for my week stay I thought to leave a review. Great, friendly staff, even kinda funny when they tried to crack jokes. Place was super clean even for how busy it was. Pizza by the slice was just what I was looking for! No too greasy, but just greasy enough to satisfy my craving.

I went in there ordered once slice of pizza. It took 15 minutes. The pizza was hard as a rock, burnt, and missing the hot honey glaze on top. After one bite I threw it in the garbage. This place was good when it first opened. It's not anymore.

Very overrated place! Subpar food, rude and slow service. Rude employee told me to order on a tablet because they don’t accept cash. He was acting like I already knew that but I had no idea before going. He told me that they only take cash if you pay with exact change. I told him that I would tip any change left back but he did not care. Seems to be an easy way to lose customers. No business should be handcuffing their customers to pay one way or another and make it difficult for one is a disgrace. That same rude employee was rude to everyone else who came in except to some police officers. The other employee who was working gave extras because how rude and unprofessional the other was which I greatly appreciated. Restroom had no soap or toilet paper and that same employee seemed to careless. This place used to have good food, fast and nice service but not anymore. Don’t know what has changed because this place has turned into an utter joke definitely no where near the positive reviews and stories I have heard. I will not be back to this place again unless major changes are made.

Pizza is great, but the hours are horribly wrong. The passed two times I’ve tried to go, google says they’re supposed to be open, but when I arrive they are closed.

Quickly becoming one of my favorite quick stops in downtown CLE. Great pizza and the employees are super nice. Very very reasonable priced for “city food”.

Please update your hours.
Everything was awful pizza mid at best and overpriced. We waited over 30 minutes for 4 slices of pizza. People that ordered multiple full pizzas after us got their order before us. Staff was incredibly rude

Old school vibe. You have to read an 80”s vibe menu that made feel like I was at the local bowling alley. Food quality and taste was out of the world. Amazing flavors and combos to try

Restaurantji Recommends
We stopped at Geraci‘s Slice Shop today because we had a gift card. We came to find out that our gift card is only good for a Geraci‘s Restaurant location. While we were looking at the distance to the restaurant from downtown on Google maps, they brought us out a large pepperoni pizza on the house! They were so nice and apologetic, even though it wasn’t their fault. We will definitely be going back to Geraci’s Slice Shop!

This reminds me of the Pizza places in downtown Staten Island New York City. The Pizza is fresh, full of flavor and wonderful people serving it hot.Well worth finding and trying a slice.
Wouldn’t recommend this place! The lady at the register had a very rude and untrustworthy attitude. I asked for water and she poured it from rusty sink. I asked her if they had filtered water, and she replied “yeah but it comes out orange!” I asked if she trusted the tap water, she said “no.” So why would she give it to me?! She then rushed me away stating “go ahead and sit down until your food is ready.” After sitting down for a few minutes, I decided to get my money back and try a different restaurant. I’m big on energy and positive vibes when it comes to the preparation of my food.
Salads and sandwiches are delicious and a good value. The pizza is excellent -- lots of cheese and tasty toppings. The prices are very reasonable and there is plenty of seating in this clean family restaurant. Great spot for a quick and affordable bite to eat.
It's a fast, cheap lunch downtown. Walk along the counter and pick your pizza from a dozen or more options. They heat them up for you and you are on your way. You can dine in or hit the road.No frills, and the pizza is ok.
