Well I go there to get me a burger set down at the bar and waited on the bartender to take my order she took up to 10 minutes to come to see what I wanted to order because it was kind of crowded which is understandable but she looked at me like three times before she even decided to ask me what was I getting the atmosphere was very stale didn't like it at all

The food was great, but this place definitely needs some cleaning up/upgrading. Exposed electrical, cabinetry that’s chipped and falling apart, sticky floors in the restrooms etc. I was actually shocked at how much I liked the burger, almost made up for the lack of attention to the atmosphere.
Excellent food, but better service! Alyssa was awesome! She was quick. We never needed a refill. She noticed we needed an extra pork. We did not have to ask for anything.! This is rare! So rare

Cleveland, Ohio. I had an opportunity to have lunch here a few weeks back. The entry level burger was disappointing. The volume of diced vegetables on burger is commendable but smothers any flavor wanting to come out, the two patties masquerading as beef were I don’t know what, but I would not call it beef. At first I thought it was a servers error and I got a plant based burger. Then I learned no mistake. Sorry guys it was tasteless.
By the way on your menu you indicate surplus “cheese was handed out to help struggling families.” Not entirely true. The cheese was population rations in case of. It was close to expiration. Could not be sold. In early 1980’s, Just given away like free Covid 19 tests.
