My go-to spot for takeout! The food is always delicious, fresh, and ready right on time. The portions are generous and everything is packed perfectly for the trip home. My order is always correct and the service is fantastic. Highly recommend for a quick, tasty, and reliable meal!

The food is good. Can't complain. I did get the salmon hibachi. But its really the customer service. I mean everyone can't be lying on the reviews. It doesn't hurt to stop and do a reality check. I understand your saying that you think as customers we can't hear on the monitor. But it's really more so your tone and how your relaying the question or information to the customer. And I'll just say its awful. Hopefully the cashier/whatever else position can work on his attitude.

I think you missed the issue and it's sad because yall set up shop in our areas and treat the customers poorly. As you totally disregarded your attitude just to promote your food. Poor customer service means no return for most customers. So I don't know how long you'll get that off, but good luck. And honestly I know for a fact its not that you can't hear the customer. You just have a smart mouth in general. Maybe you should try polishing up a little. I'm sure you wouldn't want someone whose making your order or your families order treating you in such a poor matter. I'm almost scared to return because who knows what you do to those people orders who just want special request or just have extra questions. But enjoy your day sir. Hopefully my black community is smart enough not to return to your location. Its not always about the price or the money.

Today was our first and last time going to this place 👎🏽 I got hibachi chicken with half noodle half rice, (which my chicken was over cooked smh hard af😑) I also got Sesame chicken "supposedly" 🤨👀👎🏽, A buckeye deep fried sushi roll (which was not all that 3-10) And let me not talk about them skinny ssa egg rolls they selling smh🙄😒 I was so disappointed that I wasted my money on them skimpy ssa egg rolls! And all the rest of that food I mentioned smh 0-10 Wouldn't recommend at all🙅🏽‍♀️👎🏽👎🏽 Trust me I would NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!!

My fork was literally thicker than the very thin piece of salmon they gave me. No way you should charge a customer full price for this. Plus the yum yum sauce was watered down. I'd rather pay more than be cheated out of my portions. I'll never patronize this place again. Save your money and find a better restaurant

I definitely do not like the neighborhood this place is off and on one minute is good and then the next minute it's so so do not order food when they're closed and you will get old rekuc food prices are a little steep it depends on what you order I also didn't like that I was told that I can get salmon shrimp fried rice this was recommended to me by the person behind the glass I was so disappointed when I got home it was noodles that look like worms I couldn't even eat it no seasoning and I do not like salmon with noodles hoping to get to turn Pride rise when I called I was told that when I come back next time I can get my rice I didn't go back for another month and when I walked in to order also I think yum yum sauce should come with every meal not just certain meals she didn't remember

Guy that takes your order at window has horrible attitude also they too cheap to get new menus, they just used a sharpie marker and wrote over old prices everything a dollar more! Lol 😆 food ok tho
