Went to drive through. Nobody answered. So I went inside. The floors were so gross that it was like a skating rink, but grease instead of ice. The place stunk. I didn't order food. I skated out the door as fast as I could.

Food is a 0 star , I order the Cobb salad . Tomatoes was not cut up they gave me two big tomatoes. For the chicken the chicken was old & hard I called to speak to a manager some young dude answer the phone saying what I wanted do I want a job or I want somebody else . I asked the men why is you so aggressive he said I’m just trying to see what you calling about like where is the professional people at I didn’t even stay on the phone to report the issue like how is they even still up & running

Food was subpar. Hadn't ate at Wendy's in a while and the only reason service doesn't get a 5 is because when I mentioned to the manager about the chili oil being slimy versus oily he lightweight argued with me. The OG know that the chili oil in the gold foil packet made the chili it did NOT MAKE THE THE TEXTURE SLIMY WHERE every time I lifted my plastic fork it lingered like a cheese pull. Slimy and oily are different. I was given a different menu meal all together, but No even the frosty was tasting different. So would I recommend No. But the service and atmosphere made up for the meal. Food was not hot either it was only warm. Great staff tho. Especially the young lady who took my order

Easily the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The food is always awful, the staff couldn’t care less, and the whole place reeks of weed and spoiled food the second you walk in. The dining area looks like it’s cleaned once in a blue moon, and the kitchen isn’t much better.

Customer service is a joke. I once waited nearly 30 minutes for a small Frosty—with no other customers in line and plenty of employees standing around. That alone tells you everything you need to know.

On another visit, I watched kids (like 7–8 years old, not teens) run wild through the restaurant and even go behind the counter. Not a single employee bothered to stop them. Total chaos.

If you absolutely need Wendy’s, do yourself a favor and go to literally any other location. This one is a disaster.

the lady working the drive thru on September 22nd around 11:30 was so rude and kept giving me attitude and kept interrupting me when I was trying to order. Like I know they’re probably understaffed, but it’s no excuse for her rude to customers who are genuinely trying to be nice.
