Went to order Dave's double meal today in which I haven't been to Wendy's in about a year and decided I wanted a meal , well got the meal and asked for ketchup they were out but offered a cup of ketchup I wanted packets and so I get home and noticed my sandwich did not have lettuce on it so I called it was said they were out of lettuce and I replied that they need to inform customers before they order what toppings they do not have to complete your sandwich this will give us the option of choosing something else.

Ordered a cobb salad and I have no idea what kind of chicken was given to me. I’m not sure if it’s fried or grilled but the chicken is very old and stale. I called and spoke to “one” of the managers and advised I was at work now and he asked me is there anyway I can bring it back today?!? Like are you serious. Wasting time, energy, and gas going back to return old food that should’ve never been served.

I wish I didn't have to push any stars at all. Cause they didn't even deserve one they should shut it down the owners that only franchises don't. Even I think they're, they know who they leave it in their stores, they just don't care they just want to get every little chance, that they can get. But I'm not just telling you this I order something and the way they treated me was horrible and I got my money back and I left and I want to miss the heroes. It's horrible, shut it down. We don't need to pay money to get treated like garbage.
Why was all my food cold today at this Wendy's on Northfield by Amazon at 6:00pm?, fries had to be sitting around for at least 30 minutes, burger was cold, Nuggets were cold. Come on you guys gotta do better here.
