I just left there and got 2 baconators meals. This was my second time there. Being in the location that it is i didnt expect it to turn out good. But I was surprised. Workers there were calm and polite. The service was actually pretty fast. And the food tasted like it was supposed to which was amazing. Place was clean also. I will totally come back again. Thank you so much, I really needed some good food right now. And this just made my day.

Had me waiting in the drive thru for 40 mins and when pulled to the window waited a extra 20 mins service was horrible messed up order and when I asked to speak to the manager the lady at the front was very rude this place is terrible and needs their district manager immediately.

I stopped going to ALL Wendy’s in the Cleveland area. Them Wendy’s workers suck, goof around, mess up orders EVERY time for EVERY order. Tell me how you manage to burn four patties with a timer on?! I tried Wendy’s in other Cleveland locations still the same problem and none of them ever seem to have a manager around.
