Wendy's used to be my go-to fast food restaurant until they started jacking up the prices and reducing portion sizes. I usually get some kind of crispy chicken combo. They didn't even heat up the food. They must've taken it out of the fridge 30 seconds before handing it to me, as it wasn't even warmed up. The chicken was cold, and the cheese had never been melted. The box of fries was half empty, and the sandwich was pathetically small compared to just a few months ago. You rarely see the same employee more than once, as they must have a high turnaround rate. It's sad and disappointing to go from being my favorite drive-through to being a place I'll never go to again.

I'm a Uber driver, and uber eats delivery, I just say some tru, without any offense, And the guy who was working at Saturday 28 of June, 2025 at 4:56, he tread me so crazy, even people who was at the line complain about how he was telling me stuff, I'm about to now his name, and go against the whole food chain... if this DISRESPECTFUL GUY DONT GET FIRED.... I GOT PROVE AND YOUR GUYS HAVE CAMERAS ROLLING

Went through the drive thru two hours til closed and took note that the lady who took my order was short with me to begin with, also cutting me off. I shrug it off, but then we wait in the drive thru for a total of about 40 minutes and she still had the same attitude when ringing us out. They pulled us forward which I understand, but then we proceeded to wait the other 20 minutes of our visit there. She finally brings our food out in a small bag. Which after she runs back inside and we check, we’re missing fries. The second employee who helped us also had little to no manners when bringing out our two missing orders of cold, sad fries… also messed up our sandwich.

Went to this Wendy’s on lunch, there was a long line (to be expected during lunch) the cashier took my order and then asked me to repeat the last part of it. So I did, and she claimed she heard the food part. Then I got to the window and was given my drinks which were correct but my food was only half correct. I only received half my order which was 10 saucy buffalo nuggets but I was also missing my 10 spicy buffalo nuggets. I let the cashier know and she said she forgot to ring it in and then quickly got me the “other” spicy nuggets turns out they were just normal nuggets which sucked but oh well. Over all experience was a 4.7/10, hopefully this doesn’t happen again.

I did not receive my salad which was almost $13. When I realized, I called this location 6 times in a row to see if the salad was mistakenly left there but was hung up on every time.

Went up there today with my son to get food for the family. Drove too close to the window and hit my mirror, so I yelped a bit because I was scared. The manager proceeded to say “EW” and gave me a nasty look and his EMPLOYEE had to apologize for him. He then proceeds to berate his employees because he was confused over a couple of orders, which shouldn’t have been that big of a deal because they were not at all busy. I was the only person there… he was nasty and rude to both me and his employees all in the span of 2 minutes. Disgusting. The employees themselves were angels and I’m sorry they have to deal with someone so gross. I will be reporting him to corporate because he is nowhere near professional or patient enough to be a manager if he cannot handle one or 2 orders without being verbally abusive to his workers or customers. Such a shame.
