I am a big fan of Wendy's as a whole, but absolutely not this location. I have given them several chances, but they always disappoint. It is by far the worst Wendy's in the area. Either they take too long to not be called fast food anymore, or the service is bad. Today I ordered a baconator combo, and got an attitude over the intercom. Then when I finally got my food, my fries were just thrown into the bag. My baconator was also completely missing a burger patty.

Just picked up a large chili at this Wendy’s and I must say it is excellent. lots of beans and meat and crackers. Great job.
They don’t do there job here most of them wasn’t even inside when we came through the drive through. They was in a car most likely smoking. So unprofessional cus when we finally got to order they took like 10 minutes to take the order cus they was talking the entire time just trolling. That’s not even all bro they told us when we first came through the drive through to come back 5-10 minutes cus of “shift change” ain’t never heard of that but turns out it was cus most of them was in a car outside smoking or smth. so unprofessional bro, if you want wendy’s don’t go to this spot cus this not the only time this be every time lowkey

Waited in line 45 min after ordering to get two cooled biggie bags. Think they would be fresh after waiting that long. They looked like a bunch of chicken's running around with the heads cut off. Not rocket science.

Went to this location after the one on Lorain court was "closed" at 12am when online it states "open till 1am" (reviewed on that one aswell). Ordered here instead, for my mom . As I'm making my order, the girl taking the order asks me to repeat the same things multiple times. Finished and the order wasn't read back to me .

Didn't get a straw for the drink . Asked without pickles or tomato, had tomato on a #1 . I also, unbeknownst to me, I was paying for another item that I never told her . Didn't know until I got home . My mom got to eat 2 sandwiches instead of one, so ig that's fine.
One of the 3, 4pc nuggets I got, BBQ. The container wasn't closed completely and was spilling in the bag the whole time 🤦🏽♀️ .
I'm glad I don't eat out anymore (rare these days) . Waste of money and time for the most part . 1/10

Placed an order for delivery and it has taken over an hour for the food to even be given to my driver, I’m not sure what they are doing in there but at 1am there is no way that there is so much business that it takes over an hour to prepare an order. It is unacceptable.
