Absolutely rude! The person at the drive thru didn't listen to my order the first time around and wasn't paying attention in order to correct it. When I pulled up, the window was a plank of wood covered in aluminum foil. That cashier again (same person running the drive thru) didn't listen as I was correcting the order and did not provide me with everything I ordered. Once the order was served, it didn't look right so I waited for the window to open and asked for a replacement. That seemed to be a problem. They handed me the replacement and closed the wooden window in my face while I was talking. Once they came back I completed what I was saying to the response of "now she wants..." and the reply of "now she doing too much" from other staff in the back. By this point I was mad and didn't want to deal with the disrespect. I left without my complete order.

I literally don't understand how this place is still open. I've worked in fast food for years, not anymore but I know what it's like but when I tell you how purely unprofessional and ridiculous the staff and food is here, I'm not over exaggerating. I don't know if they just were improperly trained or if they just don't care. They gotta just be pulling straws or something to pick who manager is there because they're ain't no way if I was a manager, and that includes anywhere, Id let my staff treat customers the way they treat them or handle food the way they do, I'd be embarrassed and ashamed for real. Everytime I get food from here, there's something wrong I try to give things chances before giving up on them but when I tell you I didn't receive almost my full order and then have yet to still talk to anyone working up there to fix my problem. I have literally called 20x and noone will answer.I know there probably ain't gonna ever be no changes to the staff but hopefully they shut this place down and put something better there soon. And I mean anything when I say that.

Standard, overpriced Wendy's fare, though the drink dispenser was malfunctioning so that everyone in our party had positively horrendous drinks. Also the foul language coming out of the kitchen was a little over the top. I'm no saint, but having to listen to that all the way through our meal was a little much.
