I ordered on uber eats started eating my burger and it was raw very raw. I hate any pink in my burger and I am hoping I don’t get sick. Never again.

The professionalism is completely ridiculous. It’s been many times where I was almost charged for something they forgot when I went back to get it. Receipt in hand and I didn’t even get a chance to leave the property yet.

Hi! I will like to start off I have ordered here before and have found issues with my order that was easily resolved but this time. When your workers is loud and WRONG someone needs to step in instead of allowing them to argue with a customer. If someone is telling you, on their receipt it says 6 sauces is suppose to be in the bag. Why is it necessary to tell the customer to stop saying a certain amount of sauce because they can’t get it unless they pay. But they did. I am going to show the receipt where, yes 6 sauces is suppose to be in the bag but the employee argued that she could only give me 2 and that I would have to pay for the rest of the sauce I already paid for. It is unnecessary because not only did you forget my sandwiches but you started an argument where you were completely in the wrong.

Ordered through Uber eats and two separate drivers got to the restaurant and then canceled cause the food wasn’t ready 45 minutes after I ordered. Will never spend another dollar at this Wendy’s. Hopefully it closes and something better replaces it that actually fills customer orders. Owner of this place should be ashamed and is a fraud

I had a mobile order on dec 5 (11:50)
I asked for my order at the window, and they said we dont have your order on our system
But i was charged, and they didn't refund me
I called the store, and they told me someone else showed your name on their phone and picked up the order
It was obviously a lie.

At the same time, i ordered from Burger King online, and it was down the street by Madison they were very fast, and they had my order, and they didn't rub me.

If you see any fast food restaurant with five stars in Cleveland something is wrong ?. People here in Ohio are just not happy people and the service is crap not to mention the wait is forever.

The service here is horrible, men. There is this one cashier with an arrogant attitude for no reason, like, what the hell. The fries are lukewarm, and I have to repeat myself every time for an order.
