The night crew is doing a great job and the manager Will went above and beyond tonight to take care of some customers while they were busy and closing soon. My food was hot & fresh & I was served quickly for how busy they were.

Tonight, I tried to order a burger and fries, that's it. The order taker asked me do I want a comb...I said that's it. A male came on the mike and said they couldn't hear me, and I was mumbling. I'm thinking why did she ask do I want a comb after I said that's it. Then the man said you got loud ..have a good day. I asked I can't order a burger and fries? I said ok that s it for this store. What ? He said he heard what I said. This store is worse than ever..Wow They wouldn't take my order. He said he was the manager.

Every single time I try to give this place a chance, it just disappoints me. Had to pull off to the side for two spicy chicken sandwiches. Waited 10+ mins for them to just say, they forgot to drop the food. The manager working 1/4/2024 and her nepotism grandma hire are absolutely worthless.

They have to work on their attitude like they start off nice and then end up so mad cuz you order something. You're spending your money there they don't even want to give their receipt I'm saying thank you to them even though they want to supposed to say thank you to me and don't even say thank you back.
