This is by far one of the worst Wendy's we've ever gone to. We recently moved to Garfield Heights in this Wendy's is down the road so we give it multiple chances every single time we go they are out of what we want or we sit there for ages.
Asked for my order fresh and told the young lady that I didn't mind waiting. She said ok and took my order. Turned back around in 3 minutes and gave my order. It was Luke warm at best. It's the same little ant face lady that did it before. What's so hard with following a customer wishes. I just requested a fresh order and they never can complete the mission. Shame on yall‼️
