The manager was so rude when I tried to know about my order she said and I quote she was the only one in the building. There were clearly other workers were in the building she’s beyond disrespectful and on top of that no one like her should do any type of customer service if she’s going to belittle them and be mean to them will never order my food from that place again also she messed up my order by giving me a flat drink and my sandwich was incorrect I did let corporate know

Worst experience I have ever had.
I sat in the drive through for 15 min and the line was not moving. I parked and went inside to order my food. I finally was able to order to go, looked at the cashier receipt that was still on the printer that said OLD MAN. I was polite when ordering so I don't know what triggered that. I stepped back and waited. I watched 2 other customers order after I did and got there food while I still waited. Three young girls came in ,went to the counter and laughed and talked to the girl that took my order. They did not have to wait for anything. They were handed food right away! At that point I walked up and asked why I am still waiting and got no response. I had to complaine to a guy behind the counter that I have been waiting for my order but many other people were helped after I ordered and received there food. I was not alone. Another customer had the same problem I did and she was not happy! Total time spent at this store 50min including sitting at the drive through. I was also denied a refund. At that point I did not want any food but already paid. They said I cannot get a refund so I had no choice. I had to wait.

Waited in the drive-thru line for 18 minutes get to the intercom waited 17 minutes and get to the window to get our food waited 7 minutes to pull off and everything was cold. We are not from around here our father is in the VA hospital on hospice and we wanted to run out and grab something to eat and this was the worst ever. My sister wanted a garden salad or any salad without meat they did not have that she just got an order medium fries and they were cold. I got the $5 Jr bacon cheeseburger baggie everything in it cold. If you're going to make people wait that long at least serve them hot food for their wait.

i sat at the drive thru for 6 minutes. They ignored me at the drive thru speaker. But i could see them hanging out in the lobby.

Team Clutch

Workers ignore you while they have social hour sitting around the lobby area. The place stinks of cigarettes and the staff are immature and lazy
