I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru with ONE car in front of me. The workers at the window reeked of weed and were more busy kicking it than anything else.(such as WORK)
Never seen nothing like it, when I did get to the microphone I waited 11 mins just for them to take my order.

116 Wendy's is so slow Insight Services slow drive-thru is very very slow sometimes you wait 5 minutes I don't understand that when you go in the suburbs area everything fast that's why they call it a fast food restaurant service in the Heights is so fast you can you be in and out less than 3 minutes is no understanding why 116 Wendy's is so so so so so so so slow I don't understand the staff or the manager someone need to do a secret squirrel run through in Wendy's Oregon organization company to go through and see for their self because there is a lot of complaints 116 in Cleveland Ohio Wendy's is so so slow I do not understand it please give Wendy's a helping hand to find out why are they is so slow inside service in outside drive-thru service please Wendy help us help us Wendy because we love the burgers and every other menu on there but the customer service very very very very very very very very very very very very sucks sucks sucks and sucks the customers really need a helping hand Wendy's thank you for listening and hear it out cheap Wendy's movin

30 minutes for a jbc is crazy and you still got the order wrong bozos
Food was not what I ordered this afternoon don't have a ride to take it back had tomatoes I'm allergic too wasn't a Jr cheeseburger was a chicken sandwich with bacon.. please check yall food before u pull off I could of had a reaction just gave it away couldn't eat it..waste of money

Why are the doors closed at 8pm?
The manager was so rude when I tried to know about my order she said and I quote she was the only one in the building. There were clearly other workers were in the building she’s beyond disrespectful and on top of that no one like her should do any type of customer service if she’s going to belittle them and be mean to them will never order my food from that place again also she messed up my order by giving me a flat drink and my sandwich was incorrect I did let corporate know

Worst experience I have ever had.
I sat in the drive through for 15 min and the line was not moving. I parked and went inside to order my food. I finally was able to order to go, looked at the cashier receipt that was still on the printer that said OLD MAN. I was polite when ordering so I don't know what triggered that. I stepped back and waited. I watched 2 other customers order after I did and got there food while I still waited. Three young girls came in ,went to the counter and laughed and talked to the girl that took my order. They did not have to wait for anything. They were handed food right away! At that point I walked up and asked why I am still waiting and got no response. I had to complaine to a guy behind the counter that I have been waiting for my order but many other people were helped after I ordered and received there food. I was not alone. Another customer had the same problem I did and she was not happy! Total time spent at this store 50min including sitting at the drive through. I was also denied a refund. At that point I did not want any food but already paid. They said I cannot get a refund so I had no choice. I had to wait.
