Somehow, there’s always an issue. If it’s not burnt, dried out food, It’s a matter of not being given your food! After paying for a mobile order, Getting there and the doors are all locked. Wouldn’t give me the food because there was a car coming through the drive-through but yet how am I supposed to get what I paid for? Not standing out there for another 15 minutes, waiting just for another car to come. When it’s sitting right there at the window literally within arms reach.

Wow!! Phenomenal experience. It was clear the staff was busy but, instead of becoming overwhelmed they seemed to channel that energy. The drive thru worker was so friendly and bubbly and I could hear the same kind of interactions happening with the other employees and customers at the dining room counter. Without a doubt, the freshest apple pecan salad I’ve had from any Wendy’s in literally years. So impressed! Keep up the great work! 😃

Slowest Wendy's ever, we sat in line for half an hour waiting to reach the window. Our frosties were melted completely, they didnt even fill them up all the way. I recieved watered down Dr Pepper instead of the coke I ordered. They gave us extra fries for the wait, but Wendy's fries suck.
The manager guy in there is awesome. He's literally doing everything in there, and all the kids working there aren't doing shit. I feel bad for the guy.

Skip this Wendy’s and go down the street to 117th!!! Been to this Wendy’s 3 times and each time it’s something. The first time they said they didn’t get my mobile order which is absolutely unbelievable in the first place. Second time they got my entire order wrong and then when they gave me the “right order” it was wrong. And now for my final time ever going to this Wendy’s, they had no bbq sauce whatsoever, the sprite didn’t work and the worst part of all is that my 3 y/0 didn’t get a toy with her kids meal (to a 3 y/o this is a HUGE deal lol) definitely recommend skipping this Wendy’s and going down the street to 117th. The staff is just careless, didn’t even say sorry when I asked about the toy (because they forgot to mention one more part of my order was unavailable) they said “nope” and slid the door closed as fast as possible. Horrible service, lazy people. Obviously this is an ordering issue and people not being responsible.

This place is horrible every single time I go in here hoping to get something that I want to eat they always mess the order of cold food overcooked undercooked horrible this place needs to be shut down and the owner needs to be kicked in the ass never ever ever will I go to another Wendy's because of this place thank you very much it's my used to be my favorite place to eat Wendy's garbage if you read this I hope you understand and you don't go waste your money in this place

I am not joking when I say they put BBQ sauce in my ICE CREAM. I got a brownie frostie and it was not chocolate in the frostie it was BBQ sauce. Quite literally gagged eating it. Had 6 people try it and they all agreed it was BBQ sauce. Truly an awful experience.
