As a general manager of a rallys myself i feel so disrespected by this wendys they messed up my doordash order yesterday by not including all my items in the bag, if i pay for my food i would like all my food. So today i ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and i only received 1 so i tryed to call up there and the manager on March 31st 2024 at 9:00pm has let the phone off the so nobody can call, so with that being said with the position that i am im going to try and see if i can get some sort of meeting with there GM because this is getting out of control.

Went here for dinner Saturday around 4. It wasn't busy which was great. Our fries were old & cold. Who knows how long they were sitting there. Our burgers weren't any better. They tasted like they were made earlier & left to just sit till an order came thru. They used to be the best Wendys not sure what happened

Night crew sucks. I get it, working fast food is lame. But they do no give a damn about you or your food. I ordered a Dave’s triple and they gave me a single. Last week I ordered a 5 for 5 and they gave me a bag with just fries and nuggets. Big time trolls.

Every time I come to this Wendy's. I always get no receipt. They always say they don't have received paper. Or it's not working and every other Wendy's that I go to they work? What are they trying to hide?????

The food was not good the five-dollar bag that I brought was horrible the service was horrible they were playing in the restaurant smell like weed believe me I won't ever eat there again do not eat at Wendy's on West 140th the young people that cook their play too much with your food the food is not hot so do not eat there or you might get sick I won't ever eat there never

This particular Wendy's always (in my experience) gets orders correct, food is fresh. Stopped by ordered 3 conbos and a taco salad. Combos were all custom and again, correct, hot fresh fries. The workers are friendly even late on weekends. Must be great management.
