When we arrived at 8:30pm, we were not allowed to dine in the restaurant. They couldn't explain the reason. We drove 40 minutes to come here, wasting our time.

The food is always amazing and very well priced! Brings me back to China The atmosphere is minimal, a little cold in the winter, and only 1 waitress but the flavor more than makes up for it!I recommend getting 3 dishes from the family style section per 2 people; you'll have leftovers. Rice is included

Authentic Chinese. Excellent beef. Try this place if you are exhausted with American food (relentless burgers and endless fries) like me.

Eggplant wasn’t seasoned well and too oily. The food overall was average and some dishes were little sweeter. Pig foot was good

This is authentic Chinese. A lot of the menu was a main for 2+ people and sides. We opted for the American menu. Excellent quality. Rich flavors, well prepared. Went on a week day, service was fast and friendly!

Good taste and large quantity. Definitely go back. Everything we ordered were delicious: cucumber salad, fish, cauliflower dish

This place is the real deal. While other restaurants are all “atmosphere” and no focus on quality, you can tell by the extensive menu and the taste that Wen’s focus is on cornering a market in Cleveland that is honestly lacking. Support a small business and order something interesting at Wen’s Kitchen! The beijing fried noodle and cucumber salad are good staples. My party wanted some veggie/vegan options and surprisingly the cooks were accommodating, leaving out pork and oyster sauce in some dishes.

Authentic and sophisticated. Some items are spicy, so be warned, worth it though.

The food is always good here, but they are really understaff. I called on saturaday noon from the nearest asian market to place an order, and the waitress asked me to hold and then totally forgot me. I was mad at her until I came to the restaurant, because I found out she was the only waitress in that restaurant on a saturaday noon. She seems to be responsible for 6 tables + cell phone order + online order. The waitress keep apologizing and I accept it because I think no human being can handle that work load. Anyway,I suggest to avoid busy hours of this place.

Another tasty visit trying new dishes I haven't had before. Everything I've had so far has been delicious and very flavourful. If you like spicy dishes, you should definitely give this place a try.

Amazing hole in the wall. Dishes are authentic and made with love. Understaffed, but the food is well worth the wait.

I have mixed feeling about their food and probably won't go back unfortunately. I ordered their cumin lamb for dinner today. For a $22 dish, I was expecting freshly cooked ingredients. I was first surprised to find out the lamb wasn't thin sliced but in big chunks. Some of them are hard to chew on. After a few bites, I noticed small holes in the middle of the lamb meat chunk, as if they were cooked originally on small skwer then got thrown into this fried dish with other ingredients to be cook again. They also sell lamb skwer in this place as well. I'm questioning the freshness of their food right now. It really bothers me that they precooked the lamb for other dish then recycled it for other supposedly freshly cooked dishes. It's really unfortunate as I love their bbq pork feet. But food safety comes first. Won't go back again.
