Jane was an absolute pleasure to be around. My food was fresh and hot and everything I ordered. The 104 and Lorain location are working very hard. Despite their air conditioning being out. Which mind you is unbearable for them working against fryers all day. Management should really do better for them. She was professional and accommodating.

They stole my money. I needed a refund, it was an hour and a half wait and had somewhere to be. They said it would take 7 to 10 days. Well it's been over a month and for phone calls, and they still have not given me my money back. They simply just stole it will never go here again. And since my job is public facing I will make sure everybody else knows to never go here. Thieves.

Just was at Wingstop on Lorain Ave great customer service food was unbelievable I went there at 2pm on my lunch break I'm going back tomorrow restaurant was so clean bathrooms was spotless I was so impressed order was correct hot delicious keep up the fantastic work and might I tell you there was 2 workers in there I was shocked Joe organized and fast they was the lady that took care of us took the time to even over is a survey just great team work.

Got delivery. Received corn all upside down in the bag. Our three flavors of tenders were all in the same box, couldn’t even tell hot honey away from butter garlic because of it. Finally, we received no dipping sauces. We even ordered EXTRA. mind you, the extra ranch is $1.75. If I could leave 0 star I would.

They didn't accept walk-in orders and they also said that online orders would take 45 minutes. They seemed to have a horrible attitude towards me and I just left after that without food.

This is the worst Wingstop in Northeast Ohio. They need to close this place down every time you go there they always say their system is down and you have to order online.. and when you do order food, your fries is always cold chicken undercooked. The owner needs to step in and check on his workers.😡😡

There is so many negative reviews. Maybe I went at a good time, but ordered online said it’d be ready at 9. I know how long most places take so called and asked if it was ready befofe I left out. The gentlemen who answered was pleasant, he checked and told me it was done. Pulled up in the drive thru got my food with no wait. Fries were a little cold, but wings were good. Got 2 boneless meal deals and have 0 complaints. Only reason it was 4 stars is the cold and soggy fries… but a quick min or two in the air fryer will fix that
