These people are complete morons, they have been terrible for years this place needs to be closed. Waited over 2 hours for a pickup ??? Called and told me orders that came AFTER mine ? Or orders that came BEFORE? But WE called and was TOLD 30 minutes ago.

The lemon pepper flavor chicken sandwich was so tasty. I love the seasoning in the fry. I am addicted to it. Usually, take it to go but tasted so good dine in when you sandwich and fries are piping hot!

Wings rock solid and dry beyond comprehension. This is the most trashy place I’ve ever been to. Employees are unprofessional and nasty. I am appalled, disgusted, and shocked by the fact that this place is in business.

Honestly I feel bad for the workers here, there’s an excess of orders and not enough workers. They just seemed overwhelmed so I can’t complain about the wait. The food was fresh. I’d prepare to order way in advance like 40 minutes to an hour instead of what the website tells you during busy hours or just call and ask them for the wait time. They answered the phone asap from what I’ve seen. I think a little more understanding and preparation would go a long way.

Terrible service. They locked the doors, I'm sitting in the drive thru Ring the bell multiple times nobody even bat's an eye at me. Who knows maybe somebody will find me answer and I can get some food. I feel like all wingstop locations higher the biggest bums.

Absolutely terrible. I stood waiting for an order I placed online for 12:45, didn’t receive it until 1:37p. And what makes this worst my order was just sitting along with other orders. Not one of the employees that was there called out any names so there were multiple people just sitting in a lobby wondering if their food was ready.To whomever was working on 2/16/2024 around 1pm, I hope you all learn better customer service. Just because your busy cooking the food that doesn’t give you all the right to let customers food get cold because you can’t yell a name out.

Supposedly I received my food but never did so I called and the guy said wait a second and then hanged up on me I don’t understand if you guys don’t have a delivery service why have it on the app to begin with and should have more track on the people that do your delivery service that is not working for you guys I want my refund back this is just a shame

This place is nasty and their general manager is rude and unprofessional as hell. As she had a nasty attitude because I spent $65 dollars there and order 30 wings for them to be old and so hard that my kids and I couldn’t even eat them. Then goes to tell me she can’t give me a refund on some wings that had to be idk a day old all because I order through a 3rd party. I will never ever go there again and they need new workers in there with a better attitude and a new general manager that’s not nasty with her customer just because she serving out old and nasty food. You as gm should be disappointed with yourself if you don’t like your job don’t work there but stop serving old wings out and do your job

I came to this location about 2 years ago and told myself I won’t be coming back because lobby is always closed and customer service was trash. I’m here to say they got my business back. Went there last night, lobby was open, customer service was good, and the wings were good.
