I know I didn’t order dry rub but for some reason my wings didn’t come tossed or sauced. Lame 👎🏽 everything is dry even though I literally paid for extra. Booo get better staff or train better it’s not hard

I ordered my food around 12:16 the time says it close at 2am it’s now 1:31 and I haven’t received my food and when I call it say your closed. And I didn’t get my money back into my card

Order for pickup through Wingstop. Was told order would be ready in 15-20. Got there only to be told it would be another 15-20 mins by a worker with an attitude. I was gonna wait in my car but something said wait inside. The woman making orders is going through her screen, says my name and that she didn’t need to start it. I let her know that I was indeed there and yes she could start. I’m guessing your order doesn’t get made until you arrive there.
It was too much going on! I won’t waste my time or money coming back

This was rough. It was my mistake to order directly from Wingstop's website instead of Doordash or Uber Eats. I received my order 1.5hrs after the estimated delivery time. All because they were slammed and busy on a Saturday night (understandable) but when my address is 12 minutes away from the store, and the Doordash driver still waited there for his next order instead of getting mine (he was waiting for more than 12 minutes), that's unacceptable. Food was all lukewarm at best when it arrived (are you surprised?) I had to call them 3 times to figure out what was going on with my order and I received no discount or anything for my troubles. And they don't even have the Dasher's number or any sort of order tracking through the app or website. If you're ordering Wingstop, fine, but DO NOT ORDER DIRECTLY FROM THEM and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Believe the ⭐ 2.9 rating.

Rode all the way over here to get food on my motorcycle only to be told THEY DON'T TAKE CASH... along with other customers being told the same thing. POST THAT ON THE PAGE INSTEAD OF HAVING PEOPLE WASTE THEIR TIME. I will NEVER COME BACK HERE. I wouldn't dare spend a penny at a BUSINESS that doesn't want my money.

I placed a delivery order. The food was terrible and I was missing items. It was dry, hard as a rock and clearly old. Both the chicken and the fries. I wanted to take it back and have them redo the order but was unable at the time.
