Busy night. Tribe played in the daytime, ACDC at night. Place was packed and hostess correctly didn't bother with an ETA, just that we were 41st in line. We were able to get drinks at the bar and stand around the patio before getting sat.
Despite the crowd, service was good, and still positive. Bar food came out in a decent amount of time. Really good job by server and kitchen staff on a long, busy day.
We tried this restaurant for lunch because of its proximity to the Westin Downtown but we're delighted with our choice. The food was very good - try the Turkey Melt from the Summer menu....also tasty are the chicken wrap, spinach artichoke dip, and the Bleu Shroom Burger. Service was fabulous - attentive and engaging wait staff.
It was crazy busy between a baseball game and a concert. Never was able to get a table, so we only drank.
Food was spot on! Bartender was great! Prices were awesome! If you like bourbon, try the special bottles
Loved it. Great food and prices.
Good lunch, service was mediocre.
My two stars are for the food only. My order was fantastic. The service, not so much. I’m visiting from out of town for an expo. I ordered to go. I walked from my hotel down to the restaurant to get my food. I ask the lady at the counter if you all had any of the glasses that you can keep if you drink their Mexican beer. She seemed soooo confused and I just said forget. I left with my order only to realize there is no chips for my spinach dip. I had to turn around and go back. I also didn’t have any utensils or napkins. Is this lack of care and detail standard for The Winking Lizard?
A hidden gem, It was everything we expected since we had been to the Independence location, they had a new special menu so I had the Smashed Meatball burger and my wife had the Chicken enchiladas. Both were outstanding and more than we could finish. Wide variety of beers, tv’s placed throughout the establishment which made it easy to watch a variety of sporting events.
Thanks for the absolute worst, most dry pickle chips, er...lizard freckles I've ever had. ...and then the quesadilla, all the ingredients piled up for the 1st bite, and then just cheese...well done👎
Easy walk from our hotel and outdoor seating

Very very slow waitress. Two tables had customers, and we waited way too long every time we needed her. We waited another 10 minutes trying to find her so we could leave
The food was mediocre, fast food chain food does a better job and that’s saying something, I ordered a small pizza, and it fell apart, cheese and pepperoni feel off the crust, the Caribbean wings tasted nothing like the description and were just regular spicy wings, the nachos were just frito lay tortilla chips with cheese and toppings, the service was bad, our server never helped keep our table clear and removed any plates we were done with and was not very attentive, the location was not busy at the time so I’m unsure of the reasoning behind that. Overall this place is equal to a fast food restaurant, nothing special.
I've been here several times and the customer service is always top notch, while the food has me more than satisfied. It can get super busy at times, so the service may slow a bit. But nothing crazy or worth crying over. Still better than the majority of other places in Cleveland.
Friendly atmosphere, wonderful service, and great food! Prices are resonable for the area. The staff was awesome, too.
Quick and friendly.
