Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was overcooked, it was so bad, I threw it away. Yesterday the BBQ chicken pizza was too sweet and crust too chewy:. The service..the cashier and servers have much attitude. If you add or take away from the menu item, the eye roll you get! They have the flyer stating no cash sitting on the counter flat and people don’t see it and yet they get snippy when someone tries to pay with cash. They talk about customers as they walk away. People come from all over to the Seidman Cancer Center and to be treated like your nothing! Get better service at Subway across Euclid Ave.

Please run from this place as fast as you can. This is the worst incarnation of a restaurant. You want horrible and unconcerned customer service, eat here. You like poor management, eat here. Russian roulette your game? Then the food eat here.

For this restaurant to be placed in a building where people are sick or dying the LAST thing I want is to be barely greeted by women with nasty attitudes and dead stares. With the exception of the older lady and the man, the other women present horribly customer service and appearance wise. I was rudely greeted by a woman with a males durag on her head and a nasty attitude. The second woman stood there and rolled her eyes the entire time as if she's working for free. Very unprofessional. The remodel of the restaurant should have come with an employee makeover as well. There are too many people needing jobs for management to just hire anyone and not train them properly on how to serve customers. Raising prices and not the bar is disgraceful and wasted money. I will not be returning.

Much better than the hospital's Atrium Cafe and only slightly more expensive. Two of us ate lunch for $31 including tax. My huge club sandwich is enough for two meals.

I liked all of the fixings for my turkey burger and the presentation but didn't care for the turkey. Next time, I'll stick with beef. Fries were awesome and tons of them. Counter service was good nuff. This is a unique place when it comes to a hospital setting. I think they will do very well. Prices were ok.

I've stopped in a few times when my wife had an appointment at the Cancer Center. Today we had lunch. She had a French Dip Sandwich (came with chips) and I ordered Ravioli and a Salad. Total for the 2 of us was about $30 but the meals were freshly made and had a nice sized portion. The ravioli and sauce were tasty and the side salad was pretty big for the $5. It is much better food than you will normally get at an institution like this. You order at the counter and then they cook it to order and bring it out to your table, They also have some grab and go items available. If you have someone at the hospital this is a very good option that provides restaurant quality food
Disgusting frozen food ( tried three different ones) that wasn’t even bothered to be thawed and rendered properly…. Shame on you Wolfgang , and shame on you UH/Seidman CCC for this horrible food…..

Excellent all the way around. Great food, reasonable price, and friendly service! The cook even stopped out to ask how I liked my food. That's not really what you expect inside of a hospital. It was much appreciated.
