Great place on the west side to see live bands. Pretzels, metts and beers are awesome too!!! Highly recommend.

Hamburger was dry and supposed to have Cajun seasoning, but didn't have much flavor. Potato pancake was dry and needed more flavor. Pork fritter was not good, dressing was very vinegary. Onion straws were ok. Grease needed to be changed. No special dip, just ketchup and ranch.

Outside bar cash only. What year are we in? Went inside 1 hour and 45 min to get our food to get overcooked steak that was the identical plate that got sent back for being over cooked at the table next to us. Broccoli was sat in a dish and maybe microwaved for 10 seconds. What a let down. Place has amazing potential but needs attention to detail.

Really good food and a fun place in a pretty setting. The night I was there they were a bit short-staffed and some of the waitresses were a bit testy with each other but were always nice to the customers. A great place to see bands and really good food with a huge beer selection. Always a good time if you're near cleves.

2nd time here. Food is still trash. We got a water when we sat down. We went through our appetizers, salad and entree and they never provided us with any refills. We grabbed a pitcher of water at the end and served ourselves before we left. We never saw the server until it was time to receive the check.

Drove 1.5 hrs for our anniversary dinner and would not make the trip again. Nothing taste home made which is a bummer since we were looking forward to some good German food.

Great experience as we went here for our date night over the weekend. The atmosphere is inviting and we love the cozy feel of the place. The service and food was very good. Some of the best German food in the area. Can't wait to go in the summer as the outdoor space looks like a lot of fun.

The indoor atmosphere is nice. The servers are nice, but the drink refills took a while. The food also took about an hour for a table of two at about 7:30 on a Saturday evening. They didn't seem too busy inside or under staffed.

Thought we would be going to a German Restaurant. Which we did but it didn’t feel like it. Atmosphere is rustic. I expected to hear German music. Whether it be Polka or just accordion music. No….it was country music. I can hear that at any steak house, bbq place or even a burger joint. When we got there we were the first and only people there. Host put us COMPLETELY in the back lower area of restaurant. By the time we left there were 7-8 tables filled in the front of business. Couldn’t understand why he took us all the way back there. Food was so so. App was HUGE. Had the Rueben Loaded skins. These are like McAlister size potatoes!! House made 1000 Island dressing was very fresh and delightful. Ordered the Bier House Burger. Tasted like what they fed us in schools ….soy burgers. It was mealy and mushy. Texture was WAY off and flavor was horrible. We do a restaurant roulette to try different areas and places. Some times we find a gem. Others a clump of dirt. This was a clump. We won’t go back.

Dietary restrictions: They don’t have gf buns for sandwiches. So many people have a sensitivity to gluten they need to get on the band wagon.
