The back by the river was very nice but I had some of the worst fried pickles and burgers ever here. Ordered takeout because the wait was so long. Waitstaff didn’t make it clear that we we’re supposed to periodically check with the bartender for our food instead of just waiting for it to come out

It was our first time here but my sister and brother-in-law had been here before. It was the Saturday before Easter Sunday so they were a little busy and we had an hour wait. It was still too early on the season for their outside river bar to be open but we were able to get a drink inside and wait outside to be called. Once seated the waitress was top notch and very helpful. She made recommendations and helped guide us through the menu. The food was good when it finally arrived but we had to wait almost an hour after ordering by which time we were all on the verge of starvation. All in, it was a good night with good conversation which helped temper the long waits we experienced.

The place is filled with great cents and smiles. Loved every minute of eating the food there. It's got a classical germanic vibe to it. They've got many things that are classics in there which help the atmosphere!
