I tried to eat here twice and my sandwich was wrong both times. The first time they forgot my lettuce and my tomato on my club. The second time they gave me multi grain bread instead of white bread. The lettuce was also wilted and gross on the second sandwich. Safe to say I won’t be back and I’ll stick with the Dent location as they are always great.

I made an online order given a time to come the next morning called and came to the store to correct it and was told it was nothing they can do so I said fine I will come tomorrow at the time it gave but when I got there it was close at the hour it gave and they should be open.

Food was terrible. Hardly any meat on subs. Greasy. Add onions and mustard and didn’t want either. Worst penn station experience. Been eating it for years. Will never go back to this location.

The team works very hard! The BOGO deal caused lots of issue that weren’t the teams fault they made sure they did their best for all of the customers! The district manager made sure to motivate her team constantly! The food was great highly recommend!!

Ordered and paid online I was given a pickup time 3 hours later. I went to the store to correct the pickup time mistake and they refused to make my order until the pickup time and offered me a refund in 7 to 10 days, I guess I'll stick with Lawrenceburg Penn Station.
My second time getting the large Philly cheese steak it was LOADED I could only eat a half of a half and it was Delicious ?? I give this Pennstation a 10 and best in the tri-state.

This restaurant has recently been opened but I'm grateful for it. Penn Station is one of those places you can get a decent sandwich made with fresh ingredients every time. My favorite is the Philly Cheesesteak and the Italian. Based on my last couple of visits to this location, it seems that they give you great service. Being that their staff gets along well with each other, the place is well maintained and clean, and the cashier who usually takes my order, Austin, has good attention to detail. I recommend coming here and will be bringing my friends (or myself, of course) here to eat once in a while as I have to satisfy my craving for Penn Station's toasted subs.
