On November 14, around 3:00 PM, my daughter went to Rone’s after school with her friends, and unfortunately they had a very negative experience with one of the workers. When my daughter called her friend by name, the worker commented that she “didn’t like that name.” When the girls asked why, the worker said the name “felt like it had a mean word in it.”
This is completely inappropriate, especially coming from someone working in customer service and interacting with kids and teenagers. Children and teens can be very sensitive about their names, and a comment like that is hurtful and unnecessary. Everyone comes from different backgrounds and cultures, and staff should know how to treat all customers with respect regardless of their names.
I’m very disappointed that this happened, and I hope management addresses this so no other child has to feel uncomfortable or singled out in this way.

biscuits are really good eggs okay cooked I guess I can do better bacon was okay but the breakfast bar was 14.00 way too high for me so I got the biscuit egg and bacon for 3.99 average

Nice clean dining room. Plenty of space. We ordered Burger and Roast Beef Combos. Burger was ok, decent flavor. Roast Beef had been sitting around, the bottom bun was mush. Note, the roast beef flavor wasn't horrible. The fries were lukewarm at best. The Rancher chicken wrap was not good. The sauce wasn't horrible but definitely smothered the wrap. The fried chicken tender in wrap was lukewarm and looked like it had been sitting around for a while too. While the atmosphere is nice, we definitely won't be back because they're is a lack of attention to serving fresh hot food. I do not recommend.

The meal was great, but the dessert was more sugar than anything else. The flavor was lacking in the apple crisp, and they forgot to give me a spoon.

This place is AMAZING! Forget the other chain style restaurants in the area and head over RIGHT NOW for hot, and tasty food! It's fast but still made to order. They have a condiments bar that you'll love, and the place is spotless clean with friendly servers. Go there now

The chicken is stringy. They obviously pump their chicken full of water and freeze it to make it look bigger. The food was well below par. The fries were cold and undercooked. The Mac and cheese was runny mashed are instant. Gravy was Brown packet gravy from any old generic store chicken was extremely hard to eat.
Will never return horrible food. However, I must say on the good side. The employees are very polite and very nice

It’s fine for a quick bite on the way to the park. We tried several things.
The fries were tasty but the regular serving size is more in line with a child’s size.
The roast beef sandwich was good but small.
The chicken tenders tasted good and they were decent size.
The fried chicken was not worth the money. Very little meat on the pieces.
Service was friendly and prompt. Bathrooms were clean.

I'll be honest. I used to love this place. I ate from the original when on 32. The Nuggets and fries were the best. They moved to milford than it was the tenders and fries. Unfortunately they sold out to new owners. The new owners changed how good the place was. The tenders are garbage now because they are different. The fries are garbage because they are different. If the owners would put money into their food it could be better, but you can tell when they are just buying the cheapest food they can get.

Tried Rooney's in cleves for the 3 time breakfast bar not worth it waste of my money guess the employees are just there for a paycheck cause food was not even cooked all the way except goetta and it was burnt I don't even think truck driver's would eat that they need to hire someone who actually cares about serving good food

I treated myself to Roney's, for the 1st time. The burgers are delicious! They have a burger toppings bar. Like a salad bar. As much lettuce, fresh tomato, dill pickle chips, and sauces as you want! The combo is $9 for a fresh burger, really good French fries, and a self serve drink. Tea, sweet tea, lemonade, and fountain drinks [including Dr Pepper]
Delicious! AND FRIENDLY service! Maeren worked the front; she was prompt, friendly, and answered my questions without rushing me like other places do.
I am really impressed!

We went an hour before closing and our sandwiches were very old and fries were cold. We were told we could not get strawberry short cake because they were closing soon. Very disappointing! The only way I'd ever eat there again is if it were free.

Bought a hamburger nobody asked if you need anything on it so when I left the place to find out there was no lettuce or tomato or onion. Ketchup mustard or anything on it? Just a plain hamburger would definitely find another place to eat and low quality beef as far as I'm concerned got about 10 small french fries.
