I usually don’t leave any bad reviews for places but I’m genuinely tired of dealing with this skyline location, the atmosphere is great but food, service, and cost wise (more expensive than other locations nearby) it’s terrible. For the past year everytime I’ve ordered food in the drive thru it’s always been cold or the wrong order, the food used to always be hot and taste good but now it’s either cold or slightly warm and recently the cheese coneys or 3 ways have had a very weird taste/smell to the point where I just throw the food away after a few bites, have brought it to the attention of the employees everytime I’ve ordered inside or in the drive thru, ive gone to countless other skylines for example dent, Miamitown, Delhi, etc.. and not once have I gotten the wrong/cold food, the other locations food also tastes wayyyy better/different/fresher than this locations but everytime I go to this skyline it’s always cold/tastes like it’s been sitting out for hours, even when I do ask for my food to be hot it never is. The old skyline used to be way better food/service and when this new skyline was built the food used to be good but the quality has definitely gone downhill for the past couple years now which sucks because I used to love coming to the Cleves skyline but now I don’t even bother because I already know I’m not going to enjoy the food or get my food made right. Hopefully this location improves as I would rather go here instead of driving 20 minutes to another one.

As someone who worked for Skyline for 8 years, I truly hate to leave a bad review, but this location just cannot get it right. I paid $20 for a buffalo chicken salad and a half pint of chili with a side of onion (they said they didn’t have a chili bowl with onion option, but other locations have that.) My buffalo chicken salad had about 3 pieces of lettuce, no cheese and just consisted of mainly chicken and a massive amount of sauce; and was in no way worth over $9. They never provide utensils and hardly want to give out more than a pack of crackers. I hate to leave a bad review, but I’ve given this location so many attempts and today was it. I will absolutely be driving to Harrison whenever I’m craving Skyline.

I went today and got a Deluxe burrito. There was No cheese no sour cream, a skinny burrito. Looks more like the chillito. Hardly any lettuce or tomato. It looks like crap had to wait in the drive through line way too long for something like this. Paid over ten dollars for this crap. I took a picture too, but of course there's nowhere to upload one here. I called and he did apologize, he took my name for a credit next time. But then told me that he's extremely busy and he has to go cook and hung up on me. You guys need some serious help.

Great food loved the service. They welcomed everyone in with a smile. Came in and got a 4 way bean juicy and it was the best tasting thing I have ever had at this store also my server Leah was so nice and funny.
