I have never been at a skyline and received a 3 way like I did May 15, 2025 at Cleves Skyline. Near NO chili on it, was more like spaghetti and cheese, with a little chili around edges for looks. Daughter received regular cheese coney instead of chili cheese sandwich and no large plates clean. Maybe it was an off late afternoon for them, but not enjoyable dinner.

This Skyline can get very busy. This could be the reason why service was slow. The food was good and the restaurant was clean. There is plenty of parking.
I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru, there’s maybe 10 cars in the parking lot tops. I waited 5 minutes just for the employee to take my order, the employee had to have me repeat my order multiple times. I’d rather go to the one near 128 just to save time even though this one’s much closer, I mean seriously 30 minutes to get 4 orders done is just absurd
I just got home after getting my food and see that’s it’s been super skimped out, it looks like they didn’t even try. My burrito looks like a dirty diaper and is leaking everywhere out of the wrapper, definitely just going to the one in 128 since this is a waste of my money

We've tried 3 times hoping they would get it together . Welp 3 strikes you're out. Get your act together! Do you actually have onions and habernero cheese? Both times the drive thru could not manage this order. I guess it was to complicated? And the one time I actually went in to eat..I can honestly say it didn't even remotely taste like skyline...it looked like tomato paste and noodles...I didn't think it possible to screw something so up so bad. They have these packets in the stores called Cincinnati Chili. MAYBE you should try that receipe

I went through the drive thru on December 28th at 10pm and the girl with brown hair and the braid working the window was extremely rude. My food was made wrong and she proceeded to ask me if it was okay to give it to me anyway. I said no thank you and she rolled her eyes at me and slammed the window. she then put the item up above her head and threw it in the trash can. I found it very unprofessional and rude. The food was great, the service not so much.

I have been eating Skyline for 50 years. Cleves skyline at 101 Cooper Rd, is the worst Skyline in the Cincinnati area. $20 for cheese bread that was stale. I DO NOT complain about restaurants. I appreciate the work that the food industry provides. I have spent many of $ at this Skyline and I have had to complain about this service in the past. I will never eat at this Skyline again. It’s a waste of my HARD Earned money. The People making the food knows they are giving people less than they deserve for their money. In today’s economy, this Skyline needs to do better. Skip this one and try the new one on state route 128 in Miamitown.
