Love it here! There are so many great workers! Carly, Winston, Hannaha, and Kristi always go above and beyond to make my experience great. Can’t wait to visit again!

It's one thing to be busy, but if there is no line, and three of you standing at the register (timestamp 10:40am 12-7-24), the least you could do is acknowledge the person standing at your register lol. If you're doing things that's fine, I can wait. But if you won't even say "hello", "how are you", or let me know you'll be a second, I'm going to assume you don't want to take any customers. And if that's the case, go apply at dunkin donuts bb girl!

I quit buying Starbucks coffee and it’s solely because I cup is always a quarter of the way from the top, if not more. If I pay for a Venti, I feel that my cup should not be that of a small. Every single time it looks as though someone drank out of my cup. Not very professional Starbucks!

Staff continued to prepare orders for people that were NOT present as I stood and waited in front of them. So much for customer service here.
Called Starbucks to complain and the customer service was even worse.

Two of the employees are nice but everytime there's a deal you have to order online to use it which is annoying.

Wish I could give the service zero stars. My friend went here and when she ordered her drink they asked her if she was sure and then proceeded to make fun of her order in front of her face. She waited for her drink and watched them DUMP the flavoring in that is supposed to be slightly infused, obviously it tasted like straight up oil. This is just one of the countless bad encounters I've had with these two workers, I've had them sit and talk to each other for about 10 minutes before making my drink and then roll their eyes when I ask a simple question like, "do you have grilled cheese." Gave the atmosphere two stars because the updated area is cute just wish they would have updated the workers.

Stood in line for 5 minutes while no one greeted, acknowledged, or looked in my direction. I feel bad that the two who are always working have a hard time moving around or seem to be struggling. I’m all for patience, but it shouldn’t take 15+ minutes for a single drink at any coffee shop. Very nice people but I avoid for the time.

I don't know why they remodeled the this location. It was perfectly fine the way it was. Now it is a horrible eyesight. The painting has spots missing and the wall panels aren't straight. The whole job is one big catastrophe.

I stood there as the only person waiting for about 6 minutes before another person came from the back to take my order. The girl with pink hair didn't even address me the entire time. I think she was making an online order, which Is understandable and fine. But she didn't even say anything to me. I gave the other girl my order. Took another 5 minuets to make the drink, made the person behind me drink first. she rung it in right but the drink was then made wrong and I didn't want to wait around for them to figure out how to not put whipped cream on something. But they can sand there playing on their phones.
