I stood there as the only person waiting for about 6 minutes before another person came from the back to take my order. The girl with pink hair didn't even address me the entire time. I think she was making an online order, which Is understandable and fine. But she didn't even say anything to me. I gave the other girl my order. Took another 5 minuets to make the drink, made the person behind me drink first. she rung it in right but the drink was then made wrong and I didn't want to wait around for them to figure out how to not put whipped cream on something. But they can sand there playing on their phones.

The staff are great! The only issue I have with this place is it only shows Grande on the menu, so that leads me to believe that's all they have. There are no displays that show different sizes either. I'm not trying to be like the vinti is 20 guy in the movie role models. If you're going to name your sizes something different than everybody else you should probably have them posted
