Terrible. This place needs a refresh. Tiles falling out of the ceiling. Just feels dirty. In regards to my American Club, the bread was chewy as heck, never had that before. Service, not good.

They took 20 min to make two subs and they were very simple. My husband had to repeat it twice what he wanted and the food wasn’t good at all. One was an Italian sub and chicken ranch sub. 30 dollars for 2 subs is crazy and when it’s not good either . Ty my acted like they had all the time in the world and I was on my lunch break

Worst customer service ever. They moved like sloths. Placed an online order said it would be ready in 20 minutes, I showed up 5 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready and got told it would be another 10 minutes. Food was okay, but while they were making the order they were not following what was on the ticket so had to walk them through what was requested even though it was on the print out.

Stopped by at 8:40. (Store closes at 9) Lights are on, open sign is on. Door is locked. Young lady behind the counter scrolling on her phone shoos me away.

i ordered a online order and they would only give me my sandwhich not my drink or chips, i called them and then they said they couldn’t help or anything. Never order food here again

Went in today to get 2 subs. The younger girl with dark hair working was just plain rude. Asked for things to be added and had to do so twice because she disregarded anything I said and also rolled eyes when I had to ask again. The food tasted off today. Bread was stale and chewy. The lettuce, tomato, cucumber wilted and looked old. There was different veggies mixed into other which was odd. Not even a smile. I said please and thank you a few times also told her to have a great day after checkout and not even a response just a rude unprofessional person to be working with customers. I'll just be avoiding this location from here on out. The old man that previously owned this shop would be so disappointed. He was a gem. New owners are slacking!!!

Stopped on my way to my sister's. I was able to take advantage of the 6.99 meal deal. The sandwich was good. The ingredients were fresh and made just the way I asked.
The restaurant was the employees were friendly.

I ordered two sandwiches to go. When I got home there was hair in the sandwich. I know this happens but.. they wouldn't do anything to fix the problem! New owners aren't always a good thing!

The new menu offerings we tried were delicious. The staff was helpful and patient as we worked through a larger order for the family. The interior of the restaurant wasn't as comfortable or clean as other Subway restaurants we've visited, but we were able to enjoy the food and the conversation with the family.

DO NOT place an online order, was cut by 2 people and an entire 5 person family. If I’d come in and ordered the sandwiches it’d be done on the spot. Absolute joke
