“I have only ordered carry-out from The Ido so far. The food has always been perfect. It's a bit pricey, but still worth it. My steaks have been flawlessly grilled, and are of premium quality. The Lasagna is to die for, and the lobster is not overcooked like most places. I'm ready to bring friends to dine in. Hopefully the poor service reviews are anomalies.“

“Great atmosphere and super friendly environment. I admit I was a little nervous the first time pulling up in my electric standup scooter next to all the motorcycles. However, everyone was super friendly.
The prices are great and food is wonderful. The sunday breakfast is worth the trip itself(get the mess, youll thank me later)“

“I stopped in on Saturday, looking for some soup… sadly, no soup, buuuuttttt, an excellent steak special. $13.99 for a pretty hefty piece of meat, choice of potato, and salad. It was delicious! Everything was cooked perfectly to order and I had plenty to take home for lunch on Sunday!!! Highly recommend checking this place out!!!“

“I never knew how good food tasted until I tried KOB's. From the fpc burger to the pretzel bites. It's nothing I've ever had anywhere else. This place is a hidden gem of Akron for sure. The bartenders are always keeping drinks filled and keeping the vibes positive. Hitting karaoke night is a blast in itself. They have one of the best DJs in the area keeping the night rolling strong! I highly recommend this pub to anyone who wants a great place to go!“

“We came in last Sunday. We had been here a few times and I must say this was one of the best. Our server was very nice and on top of things for us. Lena is think was her name. We could tell they were busy as it seemed there was only 2-3 servers on. Our food was not long on the wait. The manager changed a TV for us so my buddy could watch hockey. We always have had problems with other places never changing TV's for us. He asked us how our day had been and just seemed to really care about us being there. Dan was wonderful and made sure, it seemed that everyone was having a nice time. I will definitely be back soon. Wonderful Irish food.“

“It has been a long time since I have been in this bar. Pool leage brought us here. Wow!! Who ever cleaned this place up,you did a knock out job. Congrats to all involved. An a very well kept pool table. I remember a day when you have to beat your way out of this place. Not anymore. This is a very well run bar. Very clean. I would definitely return. Would not mind making it my hang out spot. But it's on the other side of town. That is the only reason I have not been back yet. Good place to take a date,or just hanging out with the work crew. Good job to all involved. Maybe you could open a place in Norton. 5 stars.“

“Heard good things about this place from family and finally got a chance to check it out. The food was simply amazing. Their fries are very similar to fair fries, and their burgers are big and flavorful. Just wished they gave you options for more fries! We didn't get to eat outside this time, but the inside is pretty spacious for the building they are in with TV viewings at every angle. Servers were very polite.“

“I currently work there and the place is a great area to have a good time and eat good food.. The food is outstanding, and the waitresses are always on top of everything and bust their tales to keep up with everything . The owner (Paula) is very nice and outgoing and will come out and dance and sing with you, and she has an amazing heart and the best person you will ever meet . she treats her employees and customers fairly and shows them respect. No I'm not saying this because I work for her I'm just giving my opinion on the area and owner before I worked there and still the same tp this day.. “Great atmosphere, great view, food was good. Service was horrible!! Place was only about half full so not to busy It said seat yourself. Sat at a table for over 15 mins and not 1 waitress asked if they could help us or offer us a drink or a menu. So we had to go to bar & get our own drinks (when ordered our round of drinks at bar, they charged us for more expensive beer than what we ordered, but gave us the less expensive beer). Then after finishing those drinks still not one waitress stopped to ask if we needed anything. Had to walk up to the bar and ask for menus, then eventually a waitress came over. First round of drinks & appts were good after waitress came to table. Then ordered more food & waitress wanted us to cash out our bill before our 2nd round of food even came out because she said her shift was ending & we would be getting a different waitress. But then we watched her for another hour that she still was at the restaurant and working. Asked for a printed receipt she never brought it to us, Had to go back to the bar to get our printed receipt. At this point 30 mins later we still did not get our 2nd round of food and had to find her to ask when we would get our food. Then food finally came out.“

“I needed a new hang out spot. And this place is close. The parking lot is well lit. I have been fed there twice. No complaints. I just wish they could bring in more day drinkers. I'm to the point where I don't go out much after 7.“
