never had an issue before. I live about 15 minutes from this arbys, 15 minutes to pretty much anything, first they forgot my sandwich. I got home realized called 3 times before I got any one to answer. sent my brother in law to get it so I wouldn't have to take my 8 month old out again. he comes back and my roast beef is cold and the cheese on my sandwich wasnt even melted. very disappointed.
Very disappointed ☹️ visitors to the US and thought we would call into the great American institution of Arby’s. Ordered breakfast and told it finished at 10.30 - it was 10.30 and 20 seconds at that point. The young girl serving was miserable and unhelpful- I asked what a slider was and after her grunting some unintelligible response I realised there was no point in ordering that as they were only available 2 - 5, but she didn’t tell me that.
