Buyer beware. Stopped at this location on road trip traveling home. Walked up and saw no one in the kitchen or at counter; after waiting 5 mins for service I used the kiosk to order. Immediately I noticed the posted display board has different prices for the same items available on the kiosk (small amounts like from $.20+ difference in items with no indication of why e.g., service fee etc). I ordered a whopper jr sandwich only + spicy chicken fries, then snapped a few photos to record the prices.
Shortly after ordering I approached the employee who finally showed up to help a customer paying in cash. Her response to the difference/overcharge of $1.50 was a shoulder shrug and oh I guess we didnt update the boards. Not trying to nickel and dime, but it’s NOT OK to basically steal from people (siphoning off a few $ at a time) - terrible practice and service. Ultimately they gave me $.20 back and didn’t bother adjusting the $1.40 difference for my spicy chicken fries vs regular chicken fries.
Overall the food was fine temperature and taste wise but terrible service, slopped together sandwich and fraud practices make this a place to skip.

They ran out of Coca Cola in their soda machine and they should be responsible to fill it up in their machine every day. So you guys stink for not having any during a busy time.

7/23 10:30 PM the girl working deserves a bonus! Maybe a typical Tuesday is slow, but this week has 100,000+ people heading to Cleveland for The Nationals (sports card convention) so she’s getting hit with lines of people and is the only one there!

Unfortunately you can’t leave zero stars. Avoid this BK. Must use kiosk to order, no help behind the counter. The $6+ bacon cheeseburger was terrible; tiny with a thin over cooked patty with a single paper thin slice of “bacon”. Only flavor was the pickle. The onion rings were just ‘ok’. They show malts on the overhead board but they weren’t available on the kiosk to order. Very disappointing.
Go on in get ignored at the counter when your paying cash or want a human to take your order instead of using the computer kiosk.
