Erie Islands Service Plaza is a clean and well-equipped rest stop with a variety of food options, including Dunkin' Donuts and Panda Express. The facility is spacious, with clean bathrooms and a convenient EZ Pass vending machine. There is also a Taco Bell and a grocery area offering snacks, drinks, and other items for the road. The restaurant has plenty of seating, making it a good place to eat or use a laptop. The bathrooms are top notch, and the place is generally well managed. While the pet area could be improved, overall the experience is pleasant, making it a suitable stop for travelers. The location tends to be busy, so visitors should be prepared for crowds, but the service plaza remains a favorite among travelers for its cleanliness and convenience.
