They went above and beyond a few times, i.e., when they informed me they didn't have milk, rather than leaving it at that, they suggested I check Burger King or the little store located in the same rest stop. “Billy’s restaurant was good, but the servings have gotten smaller with the new owners. Haven’t been in since before Covid and the food was good but definitely smaller portions. The wait staff was busy, but attentive to our needs. The restaurant facilities are upstairs so handicapped accessibility is not good. Steps are steep even for a younger crowd, but that is the results of an older building being utilized for this business. Just be prepared if you use the restroom a lot. It is a hike.

Parking: Diagonal street parking is a challenge during rush hour.

“We were at Cedar Point at closing. The store had a huge line when they closed the store, but they served everyone. Cecil, working register/taking orders was wonderful - what a personality! She kept everything moving and chatted up every customer. It was a great experience.
