Despite being very busy as we got there at 8:30am, both employees were on the ball and very friendly. They went above and beyond a few times, i.e., when they informed me they didn't have milk, rather than leaving it at that, they suggested I check Burger King or the little store located in the same rest stop. Egregiously bad service. Very short staffed, and took me almost half an hour to get my food with only two people in front of me. Do NOT stop here unless you have the time to wait or literally no other options.

One of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve visited. Bagel was cold, butter and cheese not even melted and still cold from the fridge. Took well over 10 min for a single sandwich when they weren’t busy with anyone.
