“I bought two cappuccinos at Dunkin, and honestly, I was really disappointed. This company makes so much money, yet they only gave me a quarter of a cappuccino in a large cup that I ordered. The high prices for these coffees are not justified—I paid $12.00 for foam! Only a quarter was actual coffee, and the rest was all foam. This is unacceptable!”

They employees half heartedly fill orders I correctly and about half the people while I waited in line had to get refunds because they were out of stuff suddenly.

Waited over 20 min for 3 glazed donuts, finally got the employee attention in which they were out by that time. Didn't bother waiting another 20 min foe the refund.

Just skip this place. Have tried a few times to get food and they are always way understaffed. Some employees are still nice others not. I walked away today after 20 minutes of no service. Seems like the online orders take priority over the customers standing at the counter. Watched multiple people walk past me to get orders and I couldn’t place an order in person.

We ordered two sourdough breakfast sandwiches to go. The eggs were still cold and felt partially frozen. I read all the bad reviews after we left.... not many options at a rest stop but would expect the food to be somewhat warm.

Girl at the cashier desk has a BAD attitude. I ordered a bagel and told her she forgot it and instead of trying to check the order again to make sure it went through she immediately told me I was wrong and that I didn’t order it even though I paid for it and I also didn’t get a receipt either so I was unable to even try to verify I ordered it. She immediately shut me down and gave me a really bad attitude. I completely understand things get busy and things get mixed up but that fact that she immediately dismissed me and told me I didn’t order something without even checking is what really upset me. Was unnecessary and uncalled for.

This place is honestly nasty ...I ordered a breakfast sandwich and as I started to eat it was cold and the cheese still had the paper wrapped...I could not believe it. Unfortunately it was going take me to much to go back...I called to get a refund but of course no answer

One of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve visited. Bagel was cold, butter and cheese not even melted and still cold from the fridge. Took well over 10 min for a single sandwich when they weren’t busy with anyone.
