Came in an hour and 20 minutes before closing to a bunch of rude ignorant teenagers playing behind the counter talking about oh they’re closed. Fake apologizes and weird looks and behavior. I wasn’t even about to fight with these people said ok and smiled. Took 10 minutes to find the manager who never came and then another 10 minutes to give me a “refund” on my mobile order that was placed way before I even approached the counter and instead of making 2 medium iced coffees they wanted to play the game. To top it all off a group of their friends comes in while this is happening and the same girl who said they’re closed and couldn’t make our drinks got right to making their friends a bunch of drinks offered them all kinds of stuff for free. I didn’t even get my full refund just wanted to leave. Sad mark on the younger generation they were def not beating the allegations last night. Absolute garbage individuals.

Don’t buy the Americano ☕️ here if don’t want to sleep. Besides its taste like medicine after 40 minutes of driving I couldn’t drive because I was getting drowsy. Even felt asleep for 1 second. Yes I slept 9 hours in the hotel before get their coffee.

Emily was one of the only staff on hand for Christmas day it was around 2PM. She was very sweet about making multiple peoples orders even though she was supposed to be off the clock already. I appreciated her service very much!

Cashier was super nice, and immediately made my coffee. But there was only one guy working in the back, so my breakfast sandwich took a bit, not too long though. However, the croissant was stale and not very warm. The egg and the sausage were fine, but the cheese was also rather cold. The guys in the back was giving 'I don't care' vibes when he handed me my food. Other than that it was fine. The food overall experience was subpar, and the atmosphere was a bit off

I ordered Donald, and they included a fly as a bonus. Zero cleanliness and hygiene.

Absolutely zero stars for my experience today, 10th Aug 25. One worker helping on the hot food had good customer service, was polite and smiled to whom she was assisting. The other two, not at all. One was limping around and talking about hurting her ankle on some stairs, the other at the register at one point took a seat. Didn’t get up to assist with pouring coffee while the other lady complained and worked the espresso station. Too many people standing around waiting for orders. The lady at the register couldn’t say ‘hello’ or ‘thank you’, simply would you like your receipt? Not pleasant at all, not a good experience, as a matter of fact go to another terminal and get Panera. Two of the three workers seem to hate life. Shitty service for overly priced mediocre coffee. Awesome
