They did not have too much selection at 6:30 at night. There’s a few people working there. I got the half noodle half rice plate with the honey walnut shrimp and the orange chicken. The noodles were cold. I sat down and eat right away and they smell like dishwater so I didn’t eat those. The honey on the shrimp was good and hot but the orange chicken was so spicy. I couldn’t even eat it. I don’t think they gave me the hot orange chicken but it sure tasted like it. I just ended up throwing it all in the garbage.

This was the worst panda express I have ever been to. Chow mein lacked flavor and tasted like play doh. The meat (Beijing beef and orange chicken tasted like it had some rotten fruit in it and was crusty). The fried rice was good. Also very expensive. I understand that it's on the interstate with few other restaurants around but still. Very unjustified price for the quality. The service was meh ok. Just go to panda not far from this one. All the hate it is getting is well deserved.

Had a great experience at Panda today. William took care of us and was really hustling while short staffed. Excellent job coordinating his team to get food prepped and provided excellent customer service! Highly recommended.... William is the man!

This was the first time I’ve actually been to this particular one and I received the best customer service I’ve ever received at a service plaza. Imani was awesome. She had an overall pleasant demeanor and was very polite and took pleasure in her job.

Worst Panda location I ever been. Cashier is nice but there are no food in the middle of the day. And no staff is cooking either. Either mismanagement or they are lazy. Not like the travel center is busy either, so I don't know why there are no food on the heater.Teriyaki chicken has so much tendon for some reason and other items are extra oily.

Only gave one star for the service because I didn't eat there. So, I'm not eating noodles or rice... so I figured, meat and veggies, cool... you'd swear this girl never heard of such a thing before... tried to get me to order it in a different way, which would've been more expensive than toll road food already is. So I point at a pot and say a scoop of this... she barks.. "There's an upcharge for steak, well all of these up front".... you know what... keep your steak. This would've been the first time eating at a Panda Express.... but this employee took care of that... and I can tell you this, I will never eat at one now.
